Vital A/C Solutions, Inc.

I called and made an appointment for between 0700-0900 this morning. No show, no call (although I had two confirmation calls yesterday). They finally called to reschedule. I told them not to bother. I work two jobs and took off part of this morning to meet with this company. You can't have the job if you don't bother to show up for the estimate. FOLLOW UP: They owner called following my review. He was concerned. They did send me a $100 gift card for missing the appointment. That was a most considerate thing to do. It didn't change my mind, and I had my air conditioning installed by another company. The owner obviously cares about his business.

Vital solutions have been our go to company for 7 years. They are very responsive, have fair prices, and do excellent work. I highly recommend their service for your AC needs...

Vital AC arrived on time, fixed my clogged drain line, and charged a reasonable price. The technician was very helpful and communication with the office was excellent. I will definitely call them again and would also recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Vital AC Solutions is an A+ company. They recently diagnosed a leak in my coils. Tracked down the manufacturer and got me a new coil that was covered under a warranty. Saved me $800! They are honest, meticulous and professional. That's what you want in a service company. These guys are terrific.

This is the best AC company I have dealt with in the area. They are highly professional, responsive, their prices are fair, and the owners are genuinely nice people. They have helped us with multiple service calls over the years and even installed a new high efficiency system at my home in West Palm Beach. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

My first call to Vital A/C was while driving down the road. I needed my AC serviced as it had been a while. They were at my house within two days at my requested time. The technician was professional and friendly and thorough. About a week later my condenser stopped working. I called them in the morning and they were at my house within three hours. A different technician came and again very professional took a lot of time and fixed my condensing unit as opposed to trying to replace it. He explained everything that was wrong with it and showed me the part replaced. He also explained what happened to the part.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their air conditioner fixed.

Just wanted to say thank you to VITAL A/C SOLUTIONS - specially to Warley for being so caring, professional, reliable and genuine!
We had no AC for 10 days and no hope how to fix our AC(for which I spent so much money with another company). Warley was God send to my family. He worked with me about payments and now we have a new AC!
Overall my experience with Vital A/C solutions was amazing! They are courteous, respectful, honest and above all knowledgeable professionals.
