I would highly recommend Air Advice to anyone looking for a solid and professional HVAC company. They installed my new unit last year and gave me great advice and options regarding the process. This year they did the annual maintenance and were very timely in scheduling and exceptional service

I made a service call today and they said for certain they would be out tomorrow but if an opening became available they would call. Well an opening became available and they came right out and repaired my HVAC unit. I was sold on Air Advice some years back because of the technicians honesty. Some technicians look for that instant gratification by selling consumers on things they don''t need. The technician that serviced my HVAC could have easily over sold me but instead he procured a loyal customer. I only trust Air Advice to work on my HVAC unit. Thanks for your professionalism and your prompt service.

Highly recommended! Our air conditioning unit started going out last night. Of course, Friday night & a holiday weekend. My husband called Air Advice this morning and Kenneth was here within an hour. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, up front about the issue with the unit. He also spoke positively about the company. Never felt like he was taking advantage of us or treated us like we were idiots like some company techs do. He did a great job and had everything up and running quickly. Good 1 year part warranty and we liked that they offer a $25 discount for Google review. They also have much better rates and deals than other local companies we called and did not price gauge us due to weekend & holiday. Charged Standard flat rate which is way more reasonable than anywhere else. Even though it was the weekend, Kenneth never seemed like he was in a rush, he was there to help and get it done right.

Kenneth serviced our AC unit today and did an amazing job. He was prompt, had great communication, and was very professional to say the least. He walked me through what was wrong with the unit and showed me which parts weren’t working. Also, He didn’t try to sell us anything that wasn’t necessary. All in all Kenneth did a great job and had the AC running in under 2 hours from start to finish!

The technician show up , he said that he’s going back to the car to give me a price for the job and he took off without saying anything, who does that? Very unprofessional, I will never call or recommend this company.
