So professional and very quick! Both times we had to call them out they arrived in the beginning of the time frame we were given. Great pricing and really great customer service. If we have issues with our AC again, I know who we are calling!
Ken from Air Advice LLC checked our central air system after a technician from another company suggested a $560 charge to drain and dispose of excess coolant (non-Freon) during a complementary system check. After his 3rd phone call to his office, we sent him on his way. He obviously didn't have the technical knowledge to know how to diagnose or work on our 7-year-old Trane system.
We had previously used Air Advice LLC, and the same technician (Ken), when the company we purchased the system from had overcharged the coolant, causing the system to fail to cool properly. Ken checked the system, found that the first tech had left off 3 caps during his free check, drained 1/2# of coolant, and replaced the caps. The charge for the service call and new caps was less than $100; well worth the peace of mind we get knowing that our system is working properly and far less than the first tech quoted for disposal of non-Freon coolant that doesn't require the Freon disposal fee.
I highly recommend Air Advice LLC based on their honesty and technical expertise.
Andy came out and arrived in less than 10 minutes after my call. He was extremely honest and charged me less than half of what Waychoff told me they would charge me. I'll definitely use them and only them again in the future! Thanks Andy!
Very very disappointed with service. The tech did not know what he was doing. He could not find what was the problem. He said the thermostat may be the problem. He did not want to deal with the thermostat. We put a new thermostat and the air conditioning was still not working. We called waycoffs. They came within the hour and found the problem in less than 5 mins. It was the capacitor in the outside unit. The tech was very professional and knew exactly what the problem was. Very disappointed with Air Advice. I called Air Advice to let them how disappointed I was. He hanged up on me. 😟
The guy answering the phone was extremely arrogant and would not listen to what I was saying. I was very specific with what I wanted, which in turn, should help him. (Had 5 estimates already) Arrogant to say the least and when I said "we aren't starting out very well" he apologized and someone would return my call before the close of business that day. That was 4 days ago.
Air Advice is top notch, showed up for the appointment on time and diagnosed the issue immediately after another company failed to do so. Highly recommend Air Advice.
DO NOT USE!!!!!!WARNING!! I was charged $400 for a $20 part (cheap capacitor)! I seriously feel like I got robbed. I spoke with the owner Kenneth Vibbert and he did not want to help me out at all with this issue. I understand he is in business to make money and I'm all for that but don't knowingly rip your customers off!! What a joke of a business! Also they filmed me and my fiance inside my house without my knowledge and I found out the next day after the owner Kenneth Vibbert told me..I know pretty ridiculous! Charges have been disputed and police report filed for filming in my house without my consent! Only got 1 star because I had to give one to write a review..0 Stars!
