Do not rush to use this company or leave a good review!
GMC air company installed my AC 3 years ago and did not finish their contract! Got paid and ran. They will not return my phone calls or do what they were suppose to do, they have very convenient way to avoid you.
You will discover it years later! Be aware. Will be filing complaints and lawsuit.

GMC is great, I would highly recommend! Skip, the owner, came out to do a free estimate to replace my AC and was friendly, professional, and honest. I previously received estimates from other companies and felt that they were trying to sell me on things I didn’t need. I felt that Skip was honest about what I really needed and was not trying to rip me off. Greg came out to do the work and was very professional and courteous. He did a great job installing the AC and coming back at a later date to install the grills. Also really great customer service from the people in the office. All around a great company!

They were both extremely polite, professional, friendly and easy to work with. We felt very confident and comfortable with all aspects. GMC Air Conditioning Services just finished installing a new unit in our home. Jordan did the installation and the job was finished in one day!
They responded quickly to our need, and we are 100% satisfied with the finished work. Jordan not only did an excellent job with the removal of the old unit and installation of the new, but he explained everything to us very clearly and simply which we greatly appreciated. He made sure everything was done to perfection, a much better job than the last company we had many years ago! I highly recommend this company to anyone needing to update their AC!!!

We highly recommend GMC Air Conditioning for their excellent service. We had an issue with our A/C at and work. A technician was at our facility that morning and was able to inspect the unit, diagnose the problem and gave us a quote on the repairs.
He recommended replacing the parts that are absolutely necessary to keep the system running. He repaired the unit and performed the factory recommended maintenance on it. Now, the A/C is running perfectly cold and is well maintained. This family owned and operated business has a wonderful team of professional and efficient technicians. We have great confidence in the service and honesty of GMC Air Conditioning.

I won’t recommend this company. Air handler/fan in my 7 years old Carrier’s 2.5 ton a/c was malfunctioning, stopping sometimes for a day but I spent a month to convince GMC that it was a problem. The replacement cost me over $600 after all discounts applied but they installed another old module, not a new part or at least I cannot see new part. However that’s just start of story. UV light stopped working 1 day after this service. GMC offered bulb replacement for $300+ without coming to check. I checked on the issue myself. They incorrectly connected UV light ballast to 240 volts instead of 208 as specified and it fried the ballast, mot the bulb! I admit that the color of hot wires for 240 and 208 was almost similar, red and orange but still why not to check? When I fixed the issue and asked for reimbursement for parts only I got only mile long emails. GMC was original installer of this a/c and UV. I stand for quality of my own service in my business and expect the same from others. But this company doesn’t care. They also try to sell unnecessary replacements. I had two maintenance services from them in span of one year and each time got different recommendations on $200-300 replacements. I don’t trust this company.

Update after a year and a half: I have had no problems with my unit; however just recently there was some confusion on programming the thermostat with my tenants. Basically something happened and the unit stopped working. Jay and the rest of the GMC team troubleshot the unit for a few hours and finally determined that it was user error. I mention this for one one reason. I could have been charged a lot of money for the time that it took for this but because GMC is such a great company they charged me ZERO dollars. I couldn’t be happier and I’m telling you if you want a company that will stand by you years after the sale GMC is the clear choice!

I want to start this review by saying thank you to GMC, Jay, and Omar!!!! Jay came to our house and went over all the options. I ended up going with the York Afinity 20 seer and let me tell you this machine is amazing!!! Jay helped with the pricing and he was with us the entire process! If I had to describe GMC in three words it would be “Above and Beyond”! I never write reviews but with this experience I have an obligation to help other home owners make the right decision with such a large purchase. Oh yeah in just 2 short weeks my electric bill went down $50.00. I can’t wait to see what the savings will be for the whole month. The technicians are also great. They did extra services that I believe another company would not have done but these guys again went above and beyond. If you are in the fence with which company to go with please rest assured and go with GMC you will not regret it. My house is much cooler and more comfortable.

Matt was Great! My wife notified me that the AC wasn't working around 4:50 p.m. Around 545 pm Matt had already arrived at my house with a smile on his face. I've been using GMC exclusively for almost 10 years now. While every experience I've had with GMC has been great... this was by far the best Matt's attitude towards his profession was outstanding. The fact that it was the end of the day his attitude and behavior was that a someone who was on their first appointment of the day. My wife was home alone with my daughter and he couldn't have handled himself more professionally. When I arrived around 6:15 he was almost finished. My AC is now working better than ever. Kimar showed up on time for our routine maintenance appointment and was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He took the time to perform his tasks but also to explain what he was doing and pointed out a wear item that was functioning at a reduced level and gave me the opportunity to have the part replaced during the maintenance call to save money. Additionally he pointed out some other recommended but not necessary services we may want to address during our next scheduled visit.
Dean was great up front to ensure we were aware of our appointment and afterwards following up to ensure there were no issues.
I would highly recommend GMC to anyone looking for a reputable AC company.
