Eduardo was awesome. Very knowledgeable and explains everything so the average home owner can understand. He gave me several options, trying to find the most cost effective approach to the repair.

Highly recommend!

I can always count on GMC and their capable technicians. Dany was personable and knowledgeable. He made sure the problem was fixed and the line completely clear. And before he left, he cleaned up and put everything back in place. Thanks, Dany!

Kimar was Very Professional and Polite. Did a complete job with servicing my AC units at my house. Recommend GMC to Everyone. Dean at the office was also very good to work with with.

Jorge was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Not only fixed the immediate problem, but found an issue that could cause a repeat issue and fixed that also. Hard to find good employees, they say, but you have found at least one here!

Try to use anybody else but them. They have come out to my house five times and the air conditioning is still not working. Clearly the people they are do not know what they're doing if it's anything more complicated than something simple. I see they've gotten good reviews because they are friendly people and if your air condition has a simple problem they can probably fix it like anybody else however the knowledge of the technicians is very poor. After 5 times of them coming out to try to fix the same thing I'm going to go to somebody else who hopefully will know what they're doing because these people do not. Use anybody else because there's plenty of people to use

Hello,

I'm very disappointed that my AC is still not running properly. I called and spoke to someone on friday about my AC still not working 100% and was told that they would call me back. Now its monday and havent heard from anyone at GMC. We put a new coil in last year and it worked all summer with out the issues its having currently. Now a year later it will not hold temp its 2 to 3 degrees inside higher that what we have the AC thermostat set at. We have had you service the ac under your service contract. You didnt clean the outside coil on the may visit but then were going to charge me $120 to clean it a month later. but only when I complained was it taken off. My main concern is that when you either put in the new coil or did my 2 services did tainted Freon or what is called now was put in the system and over a year condensation has built up causing it to no work 100%. I know that it has been a hotter june that last year but it was hotter in August last year and our AC worked fine last year during august.

Im trying to get 3 more years before we have to invest in a new AC. I like that you email a picture before a tech. comes to the house and you were great with follow up last year, but seems that the response is lacking this year. So if you cannot meet your 100% satisfaction guarantee then why should I invest in a new AC with you in a few years.

Sincerely

Michael W. Cole

Do NOT call this company unless you want to pay for repairs you DO NOT NEED !!!!!
I called on a Weekday evening, that's when AC's break, and was told somebody will give me call in the morning. My husband took off from work, a technician came out the next day mumbling already walking in " I hope it's not the motor". Bypassed the Thermostat, NEVER went to the outside unit to check there either, just saying, and went right for the motor and module. I believe you can guess what he told us we needed to replace, right? Yes, Module AND Motor ! you can not replace one without the other, the technician said. I called their office right away and talked to somebody about a possible different way to solve this problem, guess what, yes, the man said if I were you, I would replace only the module first, see if it works and if not we can take that module out again, sent it back to the manufacturer, they normally do not ask any questions from us, and then you replace both but do not lose any money. That's what I did, because the "expert" told me !!!! Part was installed the next day. (My Husband had to take another half day off ) $330.00. $110.00 for the part/$220.00 for LABOR !!!! Needless to say, the AC ran 3.5 days and then I had to call again because the same problem arose. This time another technician showed up, barely spoke English. This time I took off from work and AGAIN, the TECHNICIAN walked right pass the Thermostat (?????) and went straight for the motor. I had not shown him my previous receipt yet. His office told me he had no idea about my reoccurring problem (??????) I then showed him my receipt and he called his office. Of course after that, why looking anywhere else, I did not replace the motor, so it had to be that, right?
He went and got the motor, neither of the technicians had any material on the truck !
Came back, installed and left after I paid $710.00. ($110.00 Credit for the first module was applied already !!!) $505.00 for the motor/$205.00 for LABOR which was 1h45min. When my husband returned from a morning appointment the next day, hard to believe?????, the AC was out again. My husband called the GMC office and told them his problem and got a testy respond. THEY got snippy with HIM?????
The technician who had come out the first time returned, and now, not having anything else to look at or for, checked FINALLY the Thermostat !!!! He bypassed it and guess what........BIG SURPRISE, the AC came on. NEW MOTOR, MOGULE and all ! The technician then told my husband that it may not have been the motor or module at all. REALLY????? So I called the GMC office and got the owner finally after a whole day of trying. First very nice and listened to my FACTS ! Then, after talking to his workers, NOTHING but NOTHING happened the way I remembered and told him. Oh no, now my unit had ice on it and ice on my floor too, oh by the way: I told the office that first time I called.......?!!! and the fan outside was working the first time the first technician looked at it. HE DID NOT EVEN GO OUTSIDE !!!!! And of course the person in the office never told me only to get the module first without the motor ! RIGHT ! and the technician NEVER told my husband that it probably never was the motor in the first place. Well, sorry, but that did it. That is just a BIT too obvious if you turn everything around to safe your .........!!!!! All I asked for was to meet in the middle somewhere so that we can both be happy. There obviously were clearly big mistakes made by GMC. But that's what you get, I guess when you trust PROFESSIONALS !!! Hope this will help other people not to get cheated out of their money. Go to someone that will HELP YOU with your problem and not their own pocket ! Shame on GMC !!!!!!!

Amaya did a great job installing a soft start for our system. We highly recommend Gmc for any of your A/C needs.

Cirtis was knowledgeable, quiet and polite. He helped us rule out the A/C as a cause for a water leak so we could move on to search for other causes. He talked to us about lining our air intake area as an improvement to our air handling. Cirtis is a thoughtful and clear communicator. He deserves 5 stars and I will ask for him when it is time for our next maintenance visit.

James came over, earlier than expected, which is always a pleasant surprise. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it quickly. He was courteous, friendly and offered an explanation of what went wrong. I greatly appreciate his service.
