Entire team at GMC Air Conditioning Services went above and beyond expectations. Install of new system plus follow up went well. I would definitely use them again in the future.

At the end of 2016, I purchased a new Carrier unit from GMC. They installed the unit and have maintained it regularly for the past 4 years under the maintenance agreement I purchased.
The unit has had consistent drainage problems resulting in regular reoccurring shutdowns, leading to multiple service calls. This year alone, I have spent over $1,600 above the maintenance agreement cost to service the unit for issues that never should have happened if the unit was installed and maintained correctly. An example of the shoddy work includes using a screwdriver to support the drainage line. (Yes, GMC really did leave a screwdriver in place to support the drainage line.)
The most recent (November 2020) and final maintenance call was due to dirty contactors which led to a blown fuse and failing capacitor (contactors should have been cleaned during routine maintenance). All parts were still under warranty, but GMC still charged me $500 for labor for 1.5 hours of work. When challenged about the invoice, GMC responded with the answer “warranty work is a flat rate no matter how long it takes”.
Bottomline - shop around, get multiple quotes and stay away from GMC.

Mr Mather McMullen, He was on time very professional and very kind and polite and friendly he told me everything he was doing to my air-conditioning unit he gave me great recommendations. Matthew was honest not like somebody’s air-conditioning companies, that just tell you anything so they can rip you off. It was not like that with Matthew. That’s why I love dealing with GMC air-conditioner services because, they really keep it real with you, and whatever parts you need they will show you the bad part to show you that they’re not trying to rip you off. Matthew show me the new replacement in the box that he was replacing on my unit. I appreciate this company so much because in the past we have been ripped off by other air-conditioning companies they fix it one day a month or two later you are faced with the same problem. But not this company I highly recommend GMC air-conditioning services to everyone I’m a pastor I have no reason to pull your leg I’ll are lie to you. Try them for your self and see that they are the best. I’ve been dealing with them for years and I have never ever had a bad encounter with them. I can call them 24 hours no matter how early no matter how late you can depends on GMC air-conditioning service. call and ask for Matthew all of them are professionals but Matthew is the one that I will call on again and again and again and 🤩😎I hope you guys give him a big bonus RAISE A BIG RAISE and a promotion for him because he was very professional, and he got the job done. Eduardo came to check a problem with my thermostat.. As usual he was prompt and courteous. Seemed very knowledgeable and was able to figure out what was going on and I feel very confident that he found the problem. Love working with GMC.

New to the area so wasn't quite sure who to call, I got lucky and picked a great company the lady who picked up my call was friendly and knew what she was doing. She schedule an appointment for the very next day. That morning that called and let me know they were on there way and the name of the tech. Edwardo showed up on time was professional and didn't mind me standing over his shoulder he answered the millions of question I through at him.

We had Eduardo come out from GMC Air Conditioning Services to fix the A\C on a very hot Florida day. The service was quick, professional, and Eduardo was able to diagnose and fix the issue in one stop. I'm happy, my dogs are happy, and most importantly my wife is happy. Would defiantly have him out again the next time our A\C needs servicing.

Kimar has become our 'regular' guy for service and repairs. He arrives when expected and is always polite. If we have questions he takes the time to explain in as much detail as we require.

As always, the personnel from GMC were friendly and polite ... with the most important aspects of the call being on time, prepared and efficient.

Needs to be recognized for going above and beyond as an employee. I am a licensed property manager in the State of Florida he has gone above and beyond the call of his job today to assist me in the time of need to make sure my repair was safe for me to go on the road for another 30 days and have my home AC working in to be able to monitor the controls.

Furthermore with the quality of his care and concerns I will use your company again. Not only on a personal level as I did today, but on a commercial level as well.
