I wish there was a 0 stars rating. Their workmanship is poor. When they installed our new units - the City inspector found many safety issues that it took Natal over a month to fix. Since then, the systems have had many failing parts. They said their service rate was $85/hour but they charge $400 to change an outside part that took about 1 hour - go figure!
They installed a new central HVAC as well as a ductless system at my house. Excellent service. Unexpectedly low price. Reliable appointment time. I wouldn't use anyone else.
A wonderful family business. I don’t mind if my AC breaks, although their repairs are excellent because I look forward to the friendly people at Natal. I feel like a valued customer. Pricing is fair and response is quick. They know me and help me out in a jam, like a friend ++++++ 10 stars
Natal Air Conditioning is very knowledgeable, professional and they care about their relationships with their clients. I highly recommend Natal for all new ac installations and service work. Great Job!
It's difficult to find service contractors that call you back -- let alone show up. Natal, especially Samantha and her team, were great helping my install a Nest thermostat as well as change out my ceiling return air grille to the correct, larger size (whoever installed the air handler put in one that was entirely too small). I plan to use them for service and support in the future.
June 16, 2015 Owner called me and accepted the being at wrong by failing to install the AC within the required code restrictions. (3 feet away from all electric panels) I paid $250.00 instead of the original $450.00 Raised my review to 4 stars. If customer service improve (lady that answers the phone, than they will earn the deserved 5 stars) English accent lady is terrific, I believe her name is Margie. The other lady is rude and does not care about their customers.
January 2015 I purchased an AC Unit from them in February of 2014. Owner came out to do estimate, likable, sufficient knowledge, price is competitive. I hired them out of 4 companies that I had an estimate. Installation went fine, however they placed a filter that is probably the worst in the market. No worries, I order much better filter on line (not from them!) Unite failed to work 2 months later. That's when I found out that they do not provide weekend service. No one answers the phones! They came in in a week day and replaced the faulty piece. End of 2014 I had my electrical panel replaced (same location, just a new safe panel) (my house was built in 68). When the inspector came in, he failed me and gave me 90 days to move the air conditioning one foot over: code is that all electrical panels must have no obstruction: distance required is 3 feet. AC installations no longer need a permit in Boca Raton (if under $5,000). However the installation must be by code. I called Natal Air to have them move the AC, I had the run around for over 4 weeks, their customer service is NONE, they never return their calls as promised. After weekly calls, they finally came in and acknowledged the error. I have two electrical panels: one is the main and a smaller one that runs the outside plugs and pool pump. They installed the unit within 3 feet of the main panel but not 3 feet from the smaller panel. Took me another 2 weeks to finally get them to move the unit.I mentioned to them to be aware of CODE, specially if houses where built before 1980 (will need to replace their electrical panel in order to get insurance coverage) They billed me $450.00 to fix their error. They told me that they don't care if I go to BBB or place any reviews. So disappointing. I wish I knew more about codes, I trusted that they would have the integrity to install to code and fix if they did not. I gave them 3 stars, however buyer be aware. You will have a very difficult time getting hold of them and getting your AC serviced in a timely matter. Need major customer service improvement. For $450.00 they rather risk their reputation! I offered to go half…I understand cost of labor… The ladies that answer the phones can be rude and short and make promises that someone will call…but never do!
I had the unpleasant experience of working with Natal AC over a 2 year period. I purchased a wine room refrigeration that was ordered from Wine Cellar Innovations. Over the course of the next year, there were some defective parts that were replaced by the manufacturer and installed by Natal, the most recent being the evaporator coil. After months of getting the runaround Natal finally came out to install the new coil that was covered under warranty, as well as $400 worth of labor. In order for reimbursement a diagnostic sheet must be submitted to the manufacturer, something that Natal does not provide. The manufacturer sent Natal a diagnostic sheet, since they don’t supply one, to be filled out and submitted. Over the next two months I reached out numerous times and even showed up in person. After being told they would submit a diagnostic sheet they never came through. Long story short I’m out $400. My recommendation is to stay clear from these guys. There are plenty of professional HVAC companies out there, don’t waste your time and money.
After some difficulties at first ,I have been contacted by the owner "Squib" who was a gentleman and took care of the problem that I was not happy with . I am very happy to see that in this country we still have a honest company that will make sure that their customers are happy and it's not only about making money ! I will, without any hesitation contact them again if I have any problem with my A/C system and will refer them to my friends. Being honest and fair deserve a five star rating ! especially in the world we are living today ! Rare quality! Thank you !

My technician, Griselda, was great. He cleaned the HVAC system and gave me advice on how to keep it in good working order.
