Natal Air Conditioning

NATAL has expertly, professionally and courteously installed and maintained our a/c since February 2016. Yesterday, we had the annual maintenance and Gio, the technician, far exceeded our already high service expectations. Especially appreciated during the holiday season.

Fabulous service every time!!! I have purchased multiple units for my properties and home and have always been not only satisfied but grateful that I do not need to worry about anything. I would highly recommend Natal and all of their crew!

I called up Natal they were quick to respond to the service call placed. The technician who came out was very polite and respectable , he explained how the system works, explained what I should look for the next time. I was very happy with their service and I will call them back without hesitation.

Just bought a new home and the a/c wasn't working well.
Called these guys and they sent Gary out.
He checked the system and my house , he said the unit wasn't large enough to cool the area I was trying to cool.
they came in with a new larger American Standard unit and now the house is way cooler and the a/c doesn't run a third of the time as long!!!! And with a higher seer rating.

Been using them for my Fort Lauderdale Condo for years. They replaced the A/C about 6 years ago and have been performing preventive maintenance yearly ever since. Great people Excellent service and very fair prices. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these folks!

Service person was prompt, polite and neat. Did not bring a new filter for A/C. Also had to tell him that the unit on the roof had to be looked at. Otherwise, service was ok.

It's difficult to find a professional air conditioning company that will show up on time and not try to rip off the customer. However, the team at Natal is exactly that - professional. They installed our a/c unit several years ago and recently, we had a leak in the freon line which caused the unit to freeze up. The Natal team came out the next morning, found the leak and fixed the issue. I would recommend Natal for new unit installation or maintenance over and over again!

Unfortunately the company did not follow through on its promises. I am now left with searching for a different AC company in order to resolve cooling issues with my home (after Natal AC installed 3 new HVAC units). This company is not at all responsive, nor trustworthy.

The office was extremely helpful, and Albert is an excellent technician. Recommend highly!
