Amazingly responsive on a Sunday morning. The tech Aaron called within minutes and was at my house within an hour. The tech was professional and had parts to repair my a/c quickly.
Highly recommend this company!

The answer the phone, show up on time and get the job done. The service contract certainly helps and they are proactive about it, calling to schedule the included service, as opposed to the fortune 500 corporation that bought out a company I previously used.

WE met A/C Care through are builder who used them to install the system in our house. We have since started a monthly maintenance plan. Highly recommended.

They were on time and very friendly. Before they walked into my home they asked if I would like them to use shoe covers,very polite. They were very thorough in diagnosing the problem with my AC and fixed it promptly as well as doing maintenance on the AC at no extra charge! Best of all, they were able to come only hours after I called about the problem

A/C Care Heat and Air was great to work with! We had three units go out at one time, and half of our church building was without cooling. To make matters worse, our Vacation Bible School was scheduled in a couple of weeks and we were desperate to get the units up and running again. I met with James, one of A/C Care’s sales staff, and he was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different options to us. He assured me they would do everything possible to get the new units installed ahead of our VBS. If they hit a problem, he said for us not to worry that they would install portable units to get us through our meeting. What a huge relief this was for us!

We felt that A/C Care’s pricing was fair, and they weren’t trying to oversell us on the replacement units. Once we signed the contract, the office staff jumped on getting the units ordered right away since we had a very tight deadline. Ultimately, the a/c units came in, and A/C Care sent out two crews to ensure they got everything installed ahead of our meeting. A/C Care saved VBS this year! We would highly recommend using A/C Care for your air conditioning needs!

They respond right away! They fixed my old A/C system quickly when it was not working properly and installed a new one when it came time. They gave us a much better system (and much quieter too) at a great price! Donnie is awesome to work with! He is very knowledgeable and explains everything in a way that my husband and I can understand! I completely recommend their services to everyone!

We've been having problems recently and Marlon, Tedi and the rest of the crew at A/C Care got the job done.

I called this company because my sis-n-law referred me. The guy I had previously (The Langel brothers Ac) was not reliable. Dakota called ahead of schedule to let me know when James should be here. Turns out when James came out I learned so much about my AC then I knew about. I learned the other guy wasn’t doing his job correctly cleaning my AC properly when doing the Maintenance. James showed me everything he was doing step by step. I asked questions and he gave me answers. He was very knowledgeable and respectful. He went above and beyond what I expected. I will definitely stay with this company!

Jonathan called prior to appointment to ask if he could come early. He was professional while servicing A/C and installing a new thermostat. He answered all our questions and gave us excellent service.

This company has serviced our a/c for more than two years. They are always responsive. Always on time. Can't say enough good things about Chuck and Lisa as a team, together with the others who have come out in response to out-of-hours calls. Highly recommend them. This review is now updated, by me: previous service was for maintenance and regular servicing, which was done for more than three years, until our old unit just wasn't going to make it through the next hot season and we decided to replace it. A/C Care recommended, very promptly installed, a new compressor and air handler, with thermostat. They were prompt, worked very efficiently, were careful of our property, and cleaned up before leaving. Couldn't have been better pleased. Would continue to highly recommend this company, and their friendly, accessible service team. Thanks!
