A/C Care Heat & Air

AC care saved the day today! They repaired our AC unit after we were told by another company that we would need a brand new air conditioner. AC care was fast, professional and true experts in their field. I highly recommend!!!

Very professional work by Marlon at my home, the unit is running. We ordered a new HVAC system and we are waiting for the replacement to arrive for installation.

We called with an AC problem on a Saturday, and they gave us a 2-hour service window...which was great for a weekend! He was prompt, polite, thorough and didn’t take advantage or overcharge. I would highly recommend AC Care to anyone in need of routine maintenance or a repair!!!

I called (4) A/C services but from the moment Brittany answered the phone I was treated as someone who they understood and sympathized with my situation. And the moment Chuck arrived he was polite, listened and informative with everything my A/C needed. Needless to say, they fixed my problem but also called the next day to ensure everything was working as it was supposed to. I would highly recommend.

Bill was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He explained wheat the problem and made an extra effort to obtain and replace the faulty component immediately rather than reschedule a follow up visit for the repair

Excellent service! The Tech came out on a Saturday evening at 7:00 PM after seeing many other clients already that day, however he was a professional who took his time, diagnosed the problem, explained what was needed and my options with a set price for all, then fixed the problem with just what was necessary. A breath of fresh air here in FL, as during the last 6 years I have not found any other HVAC company that is honest, with reasonable pricing, and completes the job!! Would give more that 5 Stars if I could!

Awesome place to work! Everyone is friendly and you genuinely feel like a valued member of the team. If they aren't trying to develop a family work culture, then they are accidental experts at it!
