I have used Sterling 3 times at our house now and they have always been amazing! Great customer service, and the nicest people. Gave helpful tips over the phone before even coming out. Came out within 2 hours of receiving the service call from our home warranty and provided excellent service. Had a brand new unit (that they installed) and one faulty part and he took his time figuring it outand was able to do so same day. They are super kind and do not charge you ridiculously. Good, honest people!!
