Sterling Service of Florida Inc

Our HVAC was replaced 2 years ago with Sterling Service of Florida, & wanted to continue to use them for preventative maintenance. They are so customer oriented! They are on time, professional, & reasonable. Customer service is also great, & they can get you on the schedule in days, not weeks! What more could you ask for? Great company!

This is my second time using Sterling. Both experiences have been great! Both techs have been very knowledgeable and friendly. I called them this time because my A/C stopped blowing air last night. Not only did they come out today, but the A/C is blowing cold and they also performed the annual service while here.

The A/C went out last night. Sterling Service was dispatched by my home warranty company, I called first thing this morning and they got me on the schedule on their first opening. They have a great text alert when a tech was on the way and was in the window they had said. Fixed the issue and was informative on what the issue was. Definitely will be using them for future repair or needs.

These guys are wonderful to work with. They were professional and knowledgeable and were able to identify the problem with my air-conditioning system which turned out not to even be a problem with the air conditioning system and they were able to put a solution together rapidly and work with me to update my system. I would strongly recommend Sterling Service of Florida for any heating or cooling needs that you have. I truly trust their advice and professionalism.
