Wow! I have nothing but respect and admiration for this company! Carlos was amazing! The installation crew was respectful, knowledgeable, professional and efficient! Very pleased with the work they did and the results! Super conscientious team of HVAC professionals! Highly recommend them! I’m a retired Marine and a retired high school Principal-I appreciate attention to detail and focus on the outcome! Use this company!

Lady who called me was RUDE, I was told 4:00 by my property manager then when she called I was told if I want it done at 4:00 my property manager can do it himself. Except the time she wanted to give me at 1:30 (she is calling me @12:50) while I’m at work across town or I can just cancel all together because they have “other” things to do! So unbelievably unprofessional, poor customer service and I had to leave work and speed home or I would have been without AC all together!

Fantastic service! The technician took care of our yearly maintenance and walked me through how to care for our system between services. Will definitely continue to use them!

Oscar and his crew did an amazing job replacing our AC unit and handler. The price was right, they worked hard to get the job done with a good attitude, and cleaned up/hauled old AC unit when the job was complete. Highly recommend this company if you want a fair price and quality job!

The company was highly recommended and I am very happy with all the services they provided. The installers were on time and cleaned up after themselves daily. My house is 48 years old and was in desperate need of new ducts and system. It was a big job! My last HVAC system lasted 16 years, so with this being a higher quality brand (Trane) I'm hoping this will be the Best and Final system I have installed!

They installed AC and I did my maintenance with them but when I started having issues with the unit I texted the owner, Oscar, and he initially replied but when I told him the issue he became unresponsive. Had another AC come look at my issue and they said damage most likely due to poor quality installation.

I had my AC replaced by Heavens Breeze in May 2020. This was an all around pleasant experience. First, Carlos came to give me an estimate. He was on time and very professional. Once he looked at the existing unit, he went back to his truck and had an estimate written for me in about 15 minutes! There was no pressure or sales shenanigans. I decided to choose them because not only did they have the best price, I was also getting quality equipment (Trane).
The crew was available to come install the next day after I agreed to go ahead! The installations crew (Willie and Frank) were prompt and professional. They had the new units installed quickly before my house had a chance to heat up (it was close to 90 and humid that day!) The whole job took about 4 hours. They cleaned up and took away the old units. I am very happy with My new system! Thank you Carlos, Willie and Frank for a job well done!
