Price was considerably lower than another bid I received. Crew was polite, laid down clothes where they would be walking in my home, cleaned up everything before they left. I first called on Saturday, crew came by within an hour, received pricing on Sunday, complete system installed on Monday. Crew didn't speak English very well, but that was not too much of a problem. Nice work - would recommend to anyone.
Heaven's breeze A/C have been part of business and my own property for years. They have a great people working with them. Work fast, on time and the best quality. Every one is very professional and they really know what they're doing and how to explain you what the problem is without taking advantage of you. Heaven's Breeze has been taking care of all of our AC repairs and replacements for the past 4 years. We work with alot of contractors, and we feel extremely fortunate to have such a good AC contractor with Heaven's Breeze - Oscar and his team are honest, fair, hard working, reliable, and very reasonably priced. Across 4 years, there have been a number of times when a worker on his crew did something less than perfect or where they have been late for an appointment, but Oscar has always been honest and always makes it right. We ourselves are not perfect either but we always make things right - and we appreciate when we find other contractors who take pride in their work and do the right thing by people. Carlos and his team were outstanding. Extremely detail orientated. The company is forward thinking and took the time to explain to us the best route for us to go even though we were set of another. Run . If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. This company only cares about MONEY. They do not care about customer service nor having long time customers. I purchased an AC unit from them last year and 3 months into having the unit it was already giving me problems. Not cooling and freezing. I called the company and let's start that it took them forever to come out and check it out but once they finally did, all they did was a half fast repair and didn't even replace the unit. Which let me add that it had a 1 year warranty. They sold my family and I a faulty unit. The unit worked okay for the next few weeks. Of course again the unit starts having problems. Not cooling and freezing. I called them again for a second time. They take forever to come out again. Let me not even add the multiple calls. Once they finally come out again they send someone to look at the unit and now of course the 1 year warranty is A DAY from being expired and the repair would be $1600. I call a different company to look at the unit and 5 minutes into doing their examinations they state that the unit has a massive leak and at some point someone tried to repair it with tape. These people are crooks and do not deserve to run a business.
Three months after our Trane system was installed, it began shutting off because of water in the secondary drain pan. The company that installed it was unresponsive, and said it was a clogged drain, not covered by the warranty. Heaven’s Breeze had a better price, and their tech, Oscar, not only cleaned the drain but also inspected the air handler and discovered the coil flappers had not been reversed, as they have to be when the handler is installed horizontally. The shut-off switch was also not properly installed.
When the unit still kept shutting down, Carlos came out to check the drain. He saw that the bottom third was missing from the return plenum. The installers had used the old plenum instead of attaching a new one that fit the handler. As a result, when Carlos measured the static pressure, it was double what it should have been (.5), generating additional water in the unit. He also pointed out other problems, including a plastic instead of a concrete platform for the heat pump, required by code.
I can’t recommend Carlos highly enough. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, and didn’t charge for the visit. The AC tech we had used before was clueless: he said water was always a problem with Tranes in the attic, and there was no fix. I regret not hiring Heaven’s Breeze to install the Trane. Their was price was very competitive.
I have used Heaven's Breeze using Angie's List promotions for maintenance. Knowing my unit is on last legs, I called Carlos who came over within 45 minutes. He quoted me a Trane system for $2,500 less than the company that tricked me into a service contract after doing an Angie's List deal that was misrepresented and was handed a bill for $179. They converted it into a service contract. Today when they came out the service guy tried to charge me again for the service contract and also a $400 bill for parts on top of the contract. He then presented the Trane for $2500 more. YOU have to be careful with who you deal with. Carlos and the Heaven's Breeze team has always been responsive, courteous and fixed the problems efficiently. I will use Heaven's Breeze! As the other company has over 100 Google reviews all with 5 stars? I wonder if they are real? The people working were kind and professional, they were doing as instructed. Perhaps those other people just never bothered to find out how much they were being over charged. After getting a bill for $400, he reduced it to $240. I looked up the parts on line and their cost at Walmart was 12 and 15 dollars. Stick with Heaven's Breeze, they are honest!

Do NOT use this company. On Angie’s List it says the company is open till 9, so Tuesday night my husband called to request they come out to service our AC. Wednesday morning they called back to say they would be there at 4pm. Then someone called us at 2:55pm to confirm that they would be there at 4pm. By 5pm no one showed up and no one called to say they would be running late, so we called at 5:08pm to cancel the appointment. No one answered so we left a message. We had prior engagements for the night so we could not just wait around for them to show up. At 6:15pm the technician showed up to the house and we politely let him know that we cancelled the appointment and no longer needed their services. Within seconds of shutting the door Oscar, the owner, called from the same number we left the message on. Oscar then started going off on me telling me about how it’s unfair they came all the way from Tampa, how they have been in traffic (which no one ever let us know), and how it’s not fair to them because now he had to pay the technician for his time. While I was responding he just hung up the phone on me. He proceeded to text my husband (these are exact quotes so the grammar is not correct/ hard to understand) “It is not fair drive from Tampa 2 hours with the traffic and you doesn’t permit we do the job, at less call and ask where we are and why we delay longer than normal not just your wife left a message at 5:08 saying that cancel and my office is close at this time I can’t answer just call back, my guy was in the middle of the way to your house. Learn to be fair and honest.” My husband texted back that he would be reporting him to the BBB. Oscar then replied “Yes I know people like you do that all time but I have hundreds of goods report when the people see your report they understand, God bless you.” Completely unprofessional and rude to us for no reason. I would never recommend this company to anyone!
In response to the owners response to this post: that is a complete lie. You were 2 hours late and no one ever called me back after I left a message, I can prove that so no need to lie. But to be honest, it is not my responsibility to call you and see where you are and why you are 2 hours late. As a professional you should call your customers and let them know that you are running late, and see if your services are still wanted. People have busy lives and don’t have hours to wait on people to show up whenever they please. I am not making you look bad, I am giving my honest review of your services. There are plenty of other companies for people to choose from that offer your same services so I think everyone should know how you conduct yourselves. Please do not call me a liar or try and blame me for your mistakes, that only makes you look worse.
