Cooling Advisors

This is the second year, Gabe has returned to do my AC system maintenance. He has been professional friendly, and great to interact with. Today when he made the service call, it was raining and he was respectful of our property by putting on cover booties so not to drag dirt and water into our home. I appreciated that.

Amazing service. My AC stopped working Saturday night. They came to fix it Sunday morning. Very easy and precise process. I signed up for the annual membership without question!

I recently had to exchange our AC unit in our home and we used cooling advisors. Highly recommend them! They worked super fast and are very professional. All the workers in the house were very respectful and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves and before they left they made sure that I understood that everything was in order and working. Most of the guys were dog lovers, so that was a plus not having to worry about having to put my dogs away as they worked. Big thanks to Sean, who was the technician who came out to see our old unit and sat down to speak to my husband and I as we asked a million questions about replacing our AC as we our new home owners, Sean was very pleasant and was so patient with us. 5 out of 5 stars from us, so grateful that they came out so quickly and didn't let us dying in this Florida Heat!

Cooling Advisors has always sent the most qualified service men to our home and we have always been pleased with the work they have done. Company is completely oblivious to how air conditioning companies should be ran. They go around covering up other a/c company stickers with their own to scam customers into thinking they installed what they already have so they can scam you with their maintenance plan. The maintenance plan they overcharge you for parts and labor that normally would've came FREE with the manufacturers warranty parts and labor. Do yourselves a favor and do not spend a cent on this company. They do everything they can to screw the customer.

UPDATE!!!!! We got a second opinion on our AC problem and we were informed that Sean actually damaged our AC unit outside, a wire was cut that did not need to be cut! Sean was telling us we need a new AC because almost everything was bad on our AC, but in actuality the other AC company said that was not the case and got our AC working within an hour! This is very sad because Sean seemed very respectful, helpful and nice so we did not expect him to actually do something like that!

I had never used Cooling Advisors. My parents highly recommend them. I reached out explained our issue and Brian A. arrived to resolve our issues within 2 hours. He text prior to arriving and was right on time. I was very impressed as soon as he got to our front door he put on shoe covers. We explained our AC issues and within less than 10 minutes he explained what was going on. In addition, he thoroughly checked our unit and discovered we had mold growing due to moisture (which is common in South Florida). He installed a UV light that would remediate the mold and prevent further growth. I let Brian A. know that I suffered from allergies and was thankful he found the mold. He told me about an allergy filtration device the NASA used on space ships. After further research I asked him to please install it. I look forward to seeing the difference it makes. All in all I can highly recommend Cooling Advisors and especially Brian A. I hope when we are due our 6-month inspection Brian A. is assigned to us. Thank you Brian A. for making this resolution so easy and for providing solutions that may lead to better respiratory and allergy health.

I was having problems with my AC and Cooling Advisors sent Sean to my condo within 1.5 hours. He was very professional and courteous and answered all my questions while patiently explaining my options.

I called late night Sunday and they were very responsive. We were able to schedule a service appt the very next morning, first appt. Sean arrived on time and took his time to figure out the issue with our A/C unit. He laid out all the details for us and was honest about the repairs and upfront about pricing.
