Update-April 14, 2023:
Cooling Advisors surprises me every time I use their services because of their quick response when there is trouble with my a/c unit, their friendly & professionalism, and knowledge.

The Technician of today was Rodney, and he was a champion going up and down the stairs of the attic located in a small closet being very thorough doing the A/C System Maintenance, replacing the Thermostat and figuring out the reason the system stopped working properly. He arrived on time 5:30 pm and finished at 8:00 pm. Thanks to him now I know what steps I have to take to make sure my A/C System continues working properly.

I chose Cooling Advisors based on the excellent reviews, and we couldn't be happier with them. Sean T was our first technician/sales person, and we just loved him. He was professional, courteous, and honest. We ended up having to replace our old unit and Sean patiently walked us through our options with no pressure. The guys who performed the install were amazing. They were professional and respectful. A week after the install we were concerned about the thermostat; technicians came out twice and resolved the issues. Everyone from the company was refreshingly professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I'm very grateful to have found an honest company who truly cares about their customers. What an experience! And I mean this in a good way! Finally a reputable and reliable HVAC company in South Florida! Gabe O. provided service to our AC system earlier today. He was professional, thorough and kindly explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. This provided a level of comfort and confidence that is almost indescribable. Truly a pleasant surprise.
