Absolutely all levels of service were maximal and excellent. Communication on phone - expedience of service - continued contact at home and when done with job. When in a difficult position, I felt very quickly that Air Squad would have this solved same day. Alny future HVAC and plumbing business will go to them.

I called Air Squad on Sunday afternoon because my AC went out. Michael came to my house, diagnosed the problem and within a short time the AC was blowing cold again. A great experience. Thank you, I appreciate everything!

AC went down on a Sunday, and they sent a tech (Michael) within an hour. He was super knowledgable, professional, and just overall fantastic. He did a great job of explaining my issue and had it completely resolved within a couple of days. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC help!

Since This is a rental property I’m not on site to inspect completed work. The Air Squad provided photo documentation of before and after work with a detail explanation of problems and remedies.. After sending photographs and providing estimates Mark called to discuss any questions that I might have had. Once I gave him the go ahead, mark texted my tenant and me with time of arrival and included a photo and bio of the specialist before arriving at the house. I’ve never experienced this much “attention to details” from any contractor I’ve hired both in NY or Florida. Highly recommend!

Have an AC unit that was not working in hot FL weather; wouldn’t get to the set temperature and registers were sweating. Air squad responded quickly and sent a pro group led by the professor of AC. In the midst of repairing the unit suffered a power surge caused by one of our severe thunderstorms. Finding and fixing the AC electronics took some digging. The professor, Michael, was a whiz. He and his crew would not stop working until they got the damage fixed and corrected the AC mechanics and plumbing so that it is now working better than ever. And I really like an owner who actively answers calls, talks to customers and followed up to be sure i was satisfied and problem was resolved. Hard working, diligent, honest and responsive. Great combination. Happy enough to get a service agreement. I am a very long term Floridian and latch on when you get good results like that. .

Mark and his team of professionals from first assessment to job completion made sure we were well informed on our options, which meant a lot to us after two other companies misinformed us on the issues and wanted to over charge us to replace what we had. The Air Squad’s whole crew was courteous and even did an immaculate clean up when they were done. Our new system is whisper quiet, yet powerful. And so glad we listened to Mark’s suggestion to add the Halo - we can already see a difference for our allergies! Thank you to the whole crew at The Air Squad, you are AMAZING!!

We needed a potential plumbing issue investigated. We were able to get someone on the phone immediately and get someone to our home within the time frame we wanted.

The response on the issue we wanted looked at was honest and did not take advantage of our need for help.

We had two minor issues that we hadn't anticipated getting fixed but decided to go forward. There was some part of the work that cannot be completed, to no fault of this company. But next day, a Saturday, we received a call that they wanted to come out and take care of it for us at no charge. And they did.

We're so pleased we are contemplating going forward with our a/c maintenance with this company as well.
