The Air Squad

The Air Squad has been my goto HVAC company for our spaces and as a recommendation for our clients. There is no doubt that when they're on site the problem will be resolved quickly. They are honest with the scope of work educating you along the way to make the right decision.

Our house is over 50 years old, so over the years we've worked with a number of air conditioning firms, but Air Squad is the best. They use technology to a large extent to optimize the customer experience and do what they say they're going to do when they said they would do it. Kudos to John and Brantley for a job well done installing our new air conditioner today.

These guys were awesome. Mike and Marc from The AirSquad were awesome. Both AC units were not working. They are now. Highly recommend this company.

I had to have my entire AC ductwork system replaced and they were incredible. The brothers who own the business, Mark and Mike, are down to earth, honest guys. The big plus was the fact I couldn’t find any AC company that would cut into the ceiling. I had to find a separate contractor which was a nightmare in trying to coordinate both. These guys work with a contractor, so they coordinated everything. It was a messy process, but they were very professional, fair priced, ethical and thorough. I highly recommend using their services.

Mark and his team were awesome. Mark walked me through purchasing a new unit . He met me after hours and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable about my financing options and helped me every step of the way. They arrived on a Saturday on time and was 3 1/2 hours I was up and running with a new efficient HVAC system. His team was very professional an answered all the questions I had. There’s a reason this mom and pop business has a five star rating they are absolutely the best I have ever worked with. You’re not going to find a more honest and upfront business owner than Mark.

Needing to make an Urgent Air Conditioner Service Request is never good, but I was extremely happy with the service provided by The Air Squad today. First, I was put in line for immediate, same day service. Then, I received a text advising of the service tech’s name and that he was on the way. He timely arrived at my home with PPE, quickly diagnosed my problem, gave me the option of OME replacement parts or the less expensive, equally as good non-OME option, quickly acquired the part, returned and installed it and gave me a full explanation of what was happening every step of the way. WOW!

I had Benny here the last two days and he did a great job.
He was very professional and could not have a better job.
He went out of his way to check everything and repair what needed to be.

Last nite, my AC's drain line was leaking because it was clogged and
backing-up. So, I immediately called Marc Goldstein, the 'coolest' guy
in town, and asked for help. The next morning, a member of The Squad was at my home fixing the problem. Now, the line is clear and the air is clean... Thank you Air Squad!!!

Micheal came over and did all the pluming in both my bathrooms. Very reliable. Great job
