This company use to be a good company now they are the worst. I have a maintenance and service contract with them and trying to get in touch with someone is impossible. My AC has been down for more than a month and have not been able to get someone to come and fix it. They made two appointment and the first person brought the wrong part and the second person never showed up. A service person came and ask me why is it 92 degrees in my house. It took a lot from me not to disrespect him. He actually did not know why he was at my house. I called this morning and the answering service was very rude. I told her that I left two messages and no more called back and her reply was can't help you with that bye. Wow this company was purchase from another company and the people really do not know customer services. Reported it to BBB and my next step will have to be legal. Because being without AC in Florida should be a crime at least a jury would thing so and I wonder how many customer would feel the same. Do you know how to say class action.

Don not use them for your own peace of mind***

One of the worst experiences we have had with a service industry. Two years into the install and we still don’t have a permit. We are still waiting on parts to finish the install. Our AC has broken down multiple times since the install. Now we are waiting on a New motor and capacitor from the last time it broke on Jul 11th. No one answers the phone. No one returns the messages. We have called multiple times to no response. Our AC has broken again. Though we are on a service plan with them and waiting on the parts we are left with no choice but to repair it with another vendor.

We used One Stop for maintenance because the builder of our home used them for the initial installation. We paid an annual fee and a technician came to the house. He was very pleasant and seemed to know his particular job. There were some minor issues for a new system, and we felt they should be addressed. The technician said he could not look at the items but he would let the office know and they would contact us for a follow up. We waited a few days but didn't hear from them, so I emailed the contact who sold us the maintenance agreement and took payment. No response, so I emailed a second time. Still no response, so I called and left a message. I didn't hear from them until a year later when they emailed about paying for another years maintenance plan. We did not renew the plan and used a more responsive AC contractor.

I used OneStop in partnership with Costco. I am thoroughly impressed with the Technicians performing my service. Kyle and Cody were punctual, courteous, and professional. They explained the entire process and advised on what to expect after the work was done. James was pleasant when he made the initial service and assessment call. Great work! I had a new Air handler and AC installed.

They were the preferred vendor listed for my new-ish house 7 years old. I called on a Sunday when my a/c went out.

My biggest complaint is that it’s near impossible to get them on the phone. They are quick to charge a $149 diagnostics fee but they display on the website as $99. Techs should be empowered to quote and order the parts and an ETA to fix it. I shouldn’t have to wait around for a call back.

The soonest appointment I could get was 2 days later on Tuesday between 1-6. The tech called and said it’s probably the blower motor and needs replacing and he wanted me to call the office back and order it before he came and simply wanted me to just cancel his appointment for now. I insisted he come to make sure that’s what it was.

It allegedly was the blower motor so the tech left and charged me the fee of $149. He claimed that they would reach out about the part shortly. I waited no call. I called every hour and after 10 minutes on hold it defaults to leave a message.

I left a message. I tried to get a live human being from 12;00-5:00pm and no response. I called another a/c repair company who came out, gave me an estimate. I approved the work.

A service called me back finally from one stop only to clarify what I wanted and they would pass that message on to Parts.

The tech from the new company, removed the motor, got a new one, replaced it and can you guess??? still no callback from one stop. yeah no thanks. #neveragain

I used this company since 2011 to 2019 in Orlando this Company was so nice just one call and they show up and fix it. And now I move to this new house here in Kissimmee since day one 2019 until now Goodman unit always have a problem company are hard to contact always voice mail you leave a voice mail no one call you back no enough technician to fix some of them are not friendly and you setup an appointment no courtesy call and tech never show up until you call them back and be on the phone 6hrs until somebody answered you. Now after 3 years Goodman unit is not working again and waiting for technician to show up until Monday..

Had them come out to service our A/C as we had problems with it and the technician was very nice and knowledgeable, so we signed up for the maintenance package as so far it was a great experience with them. Since then, have not been able to get ahold of anyone and no one will call back after leaving multiple messages for weeks. It has been almost a year since I signed my maintenance agreement and no one has shown up to do regular maintenance (happen every 6 months) and I can’t get ahold of someone to schedule anything. This is the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time and will not be renewing my maintenance and would never recommend this company to anyone .

Agreed to purchase an AC through these guys and the sales guy would put whatever language on the contract I asked for which should have been my first red flag. After signing and told I should get a call in 2 weeks to schedule the install and a call to arrange financing before the I waited 3 weeks with no call. I tried calling the office 3 times over a week only to be forced to voicemail after 20 minutes on hold and never received a call back. Sales person also was unresponsive and wouldn't return calls or provide an update. Once a texted him to cancel the contract he replied immediately of course. I explained I had no interest in working with a company that can't be bothered to return a call to a customer. My suggestion is to stay away because they are evidently too busy to respond to residential customers.

These company is of great cheaters. Their annual maintenance plan is a total scam. I have been a subscriber for their maintenance plan for last 3 or 4 years. They serviced both my ac units just a month back. But last week one of the unit wasn't working. I called them and they told me my service plan expired and i have to pay regular price. So i ended up paying $500. It would have been $200 if i had their service plan. Come on! don't you mail/call/email when the service plan is about to expire? They are total scammers! please be aware!
