RS Andrews

I bought both units through RS Andrews two years ago and have been using their bi-annual service ever since. The tech, Bruno, that came today was professional and courteous. He did a great job.

Mr. Soto from R.S. Andrews was able to diagnose the origin of the leak and provide solutions to fix it. I am so grateful for the professional service I have received. And glad to have our plumbing issues resolved in a timely manner.

James was great! He explained everything he had to do and explained what might come up as well.
He cleaned up when he was done and took photos because our camera did not work well. That is going beyond! I will call again if necessary.

What a difference! My hot water heater stopped heating. Another company barely looked at it for 10 seconds and quoted me a ridiculous price for replacement. RS Andrews guys came on time, were extremely professional, took the time to diagnose the problem, explained it all to me, showed me the damaged parts and fixed it immediately (new elements/thermostats). Will be calling them first in the future!

David was really nice and informative! He arrived on time and gave me all of the options and price points for installing the EV charger in my garage. It was a free consultation, and there was no pressure to schedule an appointment.

Had called and made an appointment for blocked drain line from the kitchen. The tech ran a snake , and he though he found the block and then he stopped. And said it was the Septic tank , it wasn't. He might have been there 1 hr. And charged me 379.00. Way over charged .STAY..AWAY FROM THIS CO.

Very pleased. The tech (Max Botrelli) that was assigned to me was the best. Explained everything about what needed to done and returned promptly to fix the problem. He was very professional. I would definitely use this company again.

Great customer service. The gentleman that came to the house was on time, did a good assessing my problem and offered me several options. The install was done in a very professional manner and was completed by early afternoon. I will definitely use them again in the future.

The customer service is excellent and the plumbers are very nice and good at their jobs but woo boy are you going to pay for it.

This is what we paid $550 for: replacing a valve that we didn't even buy from RS Andrews. Somehow 45 minutes of labor amounted to $450. The first $100 was a trip fee.

We learned our lesson. Nice people but will not be doing business with again. If you don't care about money and just want something done quickly, by all means. Otherwise, beware.

Paul was absolutely brilliant!! I had an emergency waterline leak a gusher actually and RS Andrew's was able to work me in with an appointment the same day! Excellent service! Highly recommended!! Thank you again Paul!
