The team was very professional and efficient. They fixed my hot water and pressure issues in both my bathrooms. Wespal was great to work with - he listened and got the job done quickly, correctly and cleanly! I highly recommend.

R S Andrews always shows up on time and takes care of the issue. Today they had a simple fix, but after 2 hours my air still wasn’t cooling so Sean was back in 30 mins and didn’t leave until it was working.

Mr. Palmer did an excellent job. I feel he went way beyond what would be expected to satisfy a customer. He pointed out several things I wouldn't have thought about. He answered all my questions exhibiting superior knowledge that gave me assurance he know what he was doing.

They offered me the best price by a landslide, are a preferred vendor by Georgia Power already, explained every step and backup plan, and they arrived on time or early whenever they were working from me. He fixed the flap on one toilet bowl. Kyle and his son cleaned my slow draining bathroom sink and tub. I was surprised at the amount of gunk that was in the drain. They were very nice. They explained everything and gave me suggestions for other things I could do. I was also pleased with Helene who scheduled the appointment.

Came on time within the timeframe given. Todd was very professional. Todd gave options in his process of finding the water leak. He found the leak and informed me of the work required to fix the problem. Completed the work and i am satisfied with it.
