Our A/C system quit cooling on a very hot afternoon. A call to Triad and Brian was at the front door in less than two hours. He restarted the A/C and got it cooling. I asked for an evaluation of the 14.5-year-old HVAC system. Brain gave me several options. I chose to replace the system. The Triad crew changed out the system at the first open appointment. They were friendly and got right to work and did a very nice job. I plan on using Triad to maintain the system. I recommend this company.

I have used Triad for installation and maintenance for over 5 years, 3 new systems and 2 smart thermostats, along with 2x seasonal tune ups. Paul the tech is always professional and explains the services in detail. Everything is working great. The pricing is a good value too from what I hear from friends and coworkers spending on their new systems!

Started with our attic air handler leaking into our son's room on a Saturday night. Called a bunch of places Royce fit us into the schedule that was already filled to help us out. Tried to fix a couple things but there was an existing botched install of a coil from another company. Option was to fix it or replace it . Fix was very involved so we decided to go with replacing. Our existing furnace was in perfect shape so we were sold what we NEEDED nothing extra no filler charges. From the minute I got my estimate I felt like I was lucky to have found them . The job, Josh and team were here from 8am to 7pm getting this installed and fixing the mess left by the last guy. They finished it , it looks great up in the attic the air is cold and I don't have to worry about it anymore. We had one hiccup with the install, I saw it on Saturday , I called expecting Monday no big deal. Spokr to on call tech. Josh was back at my house an hour later and fixed it. Honest hard-working and very responsive. Recommend to anyone in need of HVAC service. I've used 6 other places in the three years I've been here. Nobody is better than Triad.

Air-conditioning wasn't cooling. Brian quickly came out within 24 hrs, was very professional and explained each problem thoroughly. Found out a part was still under warranty and saved me hundreds. These are the best guys in the area for HVAC. Highly recommended!!

I was able to get someone out to look at my AC unit the next day! The technician was extremely polite, personable, and efficient at diagnosing the problem. Very pleasant experience, and now I have cold air running through the house again!

Brian McDermott was so quick to respond to my call and he was very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, my entire unit requires replacement, but he has provided a fix that we hope will tie me over until then. This company is the best!

We had been dealing with an HVAC issue for 1 month, after the initial installation. Gabriel, from Triad Mechanical, provided the best service we had received! Gabriel was respectful of our apartment, repaired our HVAC leak, conducted multiple rounds of pressure testing, recharged our system, and made sure everything was taken care of before he left. Incredible person, incredible service, and we finally have our issue resolved!

Triad is an outstanding business based on my recent use of them. First, they were very responsive from my initial inquiry on Home Advisor to the ability to send someone out to my home the same day. Second. they had a reasonable initial diagnosis fee of $39 which was far less than their competitors. And third the technician, Andre Reed, was not only very courteous and professional but also able to quickly identify the problem and then effectively and efficiently repair it for a reasonable fee.

They showed up promptly. (No text to confirm the appointment, however)

We have a older Traine heat pump unit (R-22). Pressure was down due to a leak somewhere in the system. I understand R-22 has been phased out. Spot market pricing is currently $40/#. The system needed 5 pounds. We were charged $180/#. A 450'/. Mark-up. $900 + service charge. I understand that a recharge can cost as high as $150/# (extreme top end). At no time did the technician offer to diagnose the leak. It seemed he just wanted to sell is on replacing the system. I'm very disappointed in this approach to customer service.

Called and got scheduled in the same week! The lady was very nice. Triad was the most affordable for air duct and dryer vent cleaning. Two young guys came out and were very nice and professional. My air ducts weren’t to bad but my dryer vent probably could have caused a fire if they had not cleaned it out! I never knew it was that bad. Thanks Triad.
