The gentlemen were on time, courteous, professional and thorough. They had to stay very late finishing the install because the crawlspace under my house was so tight but I never heard a complaint and they all seemed to enjoy working with each other. I would recommend Triad any day after my experience.

The tech was very professional. Did a great job. Arrived earlier than scheduled appointment time. Called ahead to make sure if it was ok to come early.

Was very impressed with the recent service I received. I called and was able to setup an appointment the next day. The technician Paul arrived on time and was very courteous and polite. He took a look at my current system and diagnosed the reason it wasn’t cooling right away. He had all repairs made and left in under 2 hours. I will gladly use Triad again and also recommend them to others.

I use this company for all my A/C & heating needs.. same day service on most service calls. There professional, on time and polite. I once had a call them one night when my heating unit went out around midnight and I was surprised that someone came out the same night to get my unit back running.

I called them on a Friday evening when my AC stopped working. Their response on the phone was professional and courteous and professional. They were able to have a technician come to my house between 8 and 10 AM the following morning. He contacted me 30 minutes before his arrival at 815 and was able to diagnose the problem and had me up and running again within 30 minutes. The
Fee was reasonable he inspected my entire system for any signs of other impending problems.

Thanks to their Supervisor Mike, I had a very pleasant experience with this company. Ducts Needed Cleaning so he came out and made sure every vent and duct was cleaned and sanitized to my satisfaction. Left no mess and even moved furniture if needed.

Had a newly replaced Heat Pump split System installed and Mike also made sure that it all went as intended and to my satisfaction.

I scheduled for both my parents condo and my own house to be cleaned, but project manager called me and said in good consciousness they could not charge me for the cleaning at my parents because they looked brand new. This was incredibly honest and an awesome way to operate a service business in my opinion. I so appreciated this honesty and will recommend Triad to every home owner I know.

The experience from the beginning (scheduling consultation) to the end (installation of HVAC system was outstanding. Brian did an excellent job with the consultation and provided a temporary solution (which was truly appreciated) while I wait on the installation. The installation crew (Joshua, Mark and Wyatt) were very professional, and I was very impressed about their team work. I recommend this company to someone who is looking to replace a unit in the near future.

Our AC suddenly went out. With a toddler at home, I needed someone to come fix it quickly. I am very pleased with how quickly they fit us in same day.
Paul found the problem and fixed it even though it was late in the day. We said we didn’t mind if he needed to come back seeing how late it was, but he stayed and got the job done. Paul was very professional and maintained social distance which is important to us during this global crisis.
I feel like Triad’s prices are good. I don’t feel like I was taken advantage of in a time of need.

We called Triad to come out in December to fix our heating issue. The technician ran a new wire that he said was the cause of our issue. Our heat was better then it was before Triad came out considering that the heat would not come on before , but it struggled to heat the house over 70. Now that it is heating up and we no longer are using the heat , our AC won't come on. We had heard such great things about this company but I genuinely feel that they did something wrong so we would have to call them back out in the spring to repair the AC.
