Triad Mechanical

Called Triad to help with my air conditioning system. It was no longer cooling efficiently and I could tell something was wrong. I was ale to get a call setup for the following day. Anthony came and looked at my system and he had the repair made and my system was working correctly within a few short hours.

Triad Mechanical has consistently provided timely, courteous service for all of our HVAC needs. Our most recent experience was with the installation of a new system and we couldn't be happier. The two HVAC techs showed up first thing in the morning and spent a full day replacing the system. It was a Friday and they were committed to completing the job before the weekend. At nearly 6:30 in the evening they finished and were actually headed to another residence to check out their system. It's rare to find such dedication to customer service and quality! Thank you so much for getting us back into cool air before the weekend!

Paul was on time and courteous. Gave me an hour heads up and arrived right on time. Diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour. This is my second property using them, and have left happy every time.

We woke up on the coldest night of the year to no heat. I put a call out to Triad Mechanical. Jamie answered the call and could not have been more personable and professional if she had to! She said she'd call me back at a certain time and I got the call, as promised. Sadly, we all know the pains of companies not following through. Brian came out to my house the next day for the repair. I wasn't home, but the feedback from my husband was that he was a very nice guy who explained the problem well as well as what the repair would consist of. I couldn't be happier with the entire process! Thanks Triad Mechanical!

Got a new HVAC unit and it worked great. Had a issue 3 months down the line with a capacitor blowing and was fixed the next day for no charge. VERY friendly staff and fast service.

It was a great experience. Josh was delightful and efficient. He took before and after pics and I was amazed. I knew no one had ever cleaned the ducts. Plus we had just finished a renovation. It had to be done. I was very pleased. I will and do recommend Josh and Traid Mech..
