Beacon Plumbing, Heating & Mechanical

Our AC quit at an awful time (not that it's ever a good time) but John and Evan came out the same day and were able to fix the problem quickly. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. We'll definitely be calling Beacon for any plumbing, heating or AC needs in the future!

Discovered our toilet leaking about 2 hours ago. Called Beacon. Their tech called about 15 minutes later. Half hour later he showed up like said. Fixed it and did an amazing job. Jon was very professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and definitely knew what he was doing. Thank you so much for helping us!!!

Jonathan did an amazing (and very efficient) job ripping out and replacing our very old and broken down sink and faucet. It was not an easy job, and he did it perfectly! I absolutely love our new sink and faucet!

Called about a clogged outdoor french drain and they scheduled a house-call immediately. It turned out to be more complicated than expected but Alex patiently worked through various attempts; a hydro-blast was eventually needed and his colleague Joe came to assist. Both men were very professional, friendly and efficient. Thank you! PS: Thrive Workwear makes great pants with built-in kneepads ;-)

Ken did an amazing job. He was very professional and worked quickly to find our missing toy that was hiding in our toilets pipe. Highly recommend giving them a call for your quick plumbing needs.

Our initial experience was bad. But Beacon reached out promptly and had someone come back out and fix the issue. I appreciate that they care about their work and customer experience.

Beacon plumbing Solved my toilet and plumbing issues with speed, professionalism, quality work. I had an emergency on new years and they were there for my family with understanding and help. Margaret and Johnathan were the rock stars that really made me want to leave this review.

Brady was very knowledgeable and fast and very patient with all my questions and concerns. Wonderful experience and would highly recommend him to everybody and anybody. Will definitely do business with Beacon again and hopefully get the same person to do my work. Cannot say enough positive things. Have a great worker on their staff.

I called Beacon Plumbing at 3:25pm on Friday. Josh and Eric were at my house by 4pm. I explained my problem to Josh and he knew precisely what the problem was. He got right to work and had me up and running in record time. Josh & Eric were quick to respond, very knowledgeable, very professional and they listened carefully as I explained the situation. If I could rate them higher than five stars, I certainly would. They are the best and I will gladly call Beacon for any other plumbing/heating work I need done on my house. Thank you
