In a panic we called Beacon Plumbing to resolve an overflowing drain. Preston was able to come out in the middle of the night and resolve my issue no problem. We are now able to move forward with a long series of jobs happening around the house.

Excellent service. We had a plumbing emergency and Beacon was able to send a technician out to our house within an hour on a Sunday. Preston was great and worked diligently to clear our drain blockage. Highly recommended.

Beacon has done a wonderful job for us! Our master shower faucet broke down late in the afternoon and Beacon was able to come out first thing the next day (they even offered to come out same day). They were so quick, professional, & fair that we had them look at a couple other things we hadn't planned on fixing; Chris and especially Josh got right down to business and replaced another faucet for us. Josh even spent extra time looking at our jacuzzi that hasn't worked for years and quickly discovered the problem and what was needed to fix it. My wife and I were especially impressed with Josh's excellent "bedside manner" and skillset. I hope Beacon is paying Josh well enough to keep him around! Glad we found Beacon and will definitely use them again. Thank you Chris & Josh!!!

Beacon Plumbing came to my house on a Saturday, and they arrived within an hour of my call. They were courteous, very professional, and their work was great. They came out to repair our water heater. We were so impressed with their work, we had them back out to install a water filtration system. We couldn’t be more thrilled with it. Will definitely use Beacon’s services again.

The plumber you sent to fix our small problems was Shawn. He was punctual, knowledgeable and efficient. We appreciate that he fixed our small problems and did not try to magnify our small problems into huge, expensive ones. We are very pleased and know who to call next time.

Josh was awesome, thank you for getting our water heater CORRECTLY replaced same day. No idea who the previous owners had come out before, but clearly not you guys.

Beacon sent someone out the same day we called, which was a pleasant surprise. Josh and McCoy fixed the issue--some leaks under our kitchen sink and a cut refrigerator line, all stemming from a new refrigerator and dishwasher installation (done by someone else)--in under an hour. They even alerted us to a potential electric issue, so we were able to call an electrician to have a safety issue with the dishwasher addressed. We will definitely use Beacon again as the need arises, and would recommend them to anyone.
