Advanced Heating & Cooling

I had an issue with my furnace occasionally not turning on and decided to try Advanced Heating and Cooling and I am so glad I did. I never write reviews but when company’s are this good they deserve praise. Eric is not some employee hired by a big company that knows nothing about furnaces. He KNOWS what he is doing. He is a true professional in his field and took the time to explain what was going on and even a little history on my particular furnace. He didn’t run me through the cleaners when he discovered it was an easy fix. Eric was honest, friendly and dependable. I would call him now if you’re having issues.

Advanced Heating & Cooling continues to deliver extremely professional and fairly priced services, and every member of the team I have dealt with has been excellent. Apollo deserves special kudos for being polite, professional, good natured even under tight schedules, and very technically savvy. I'm happy to be part of their annual service plan program now as I know that the HVAC system will be proactively checked for any issues and the filters will be changed as needed with the added benefit of extra savings.

Had one of there services tec come out for maintenance on are heating unit system started having problems after they left called them back out repair tec said the previous technician was a trainee and now you need a 700 blower motor because we didn't replace the capacitor ofcourse the first tec said everything was in spec after talking to the tech about it he got angry and I had to remove him from my house if you don't want a physical and disrespectful person working on your house I would go somewhere else

Alex was very professional, polite and knows his trade. I knew I was in good hands. He kept me up to date and communicated all the test he conducted and results to me. He is a credit to his profession / Trade and Advanced Heating and Cooling. He and the other technicians and staff are the reason I will always call them for my heating and cooling maintenance. "Great Customer Service" Alex came out today and put in a new Control Board and Modulating Gas Value Replacement kit. Parts were covered by their excellent warranty on furnaces they sell and install. Alex did one fine job and was all done and on his way within a couple of hours. This company is the best and I would highly recommend them for your Heating and Cooling needs.

What an integral and moral company. I had an air conditioner problem and it was extremely difficult to solve. My technician, Josh, did not give up until her solved the issue. He readily could have said the system was shot after trying four times to determine the problem. He could have easily sold me a new one because as a layman I didn't know what else to do. He found a problem not in any manual. Wires had rubbed against metal and in an unknown area caused exposure and then a short. Unless he had pulled the wires apart and inspected each one, the short never would have been discovered. I would have been none the wiser and buying a new system. He then completely cleaned my air conditioner while showing me how to do it in the future. He suggested a schedule and was on his way in a quick time.

I waited only 4 days during the busiest time of the year and I would definitely do it again. They have earned a customer for life and I'll wait however long it takes; they're worth it and beat other companies' timetables for service.

Great company!! Great job on my furnace/AC. Knowledgeable technicians always keep my heating/air system in tip top shape. Efficient. Paperwork is always in order. Always arrive in a timely manner when they say they will. Office staff is always courteous and well informed. REALLY appreciate the professional demeanor of the technicians and especially their personal standard of hygiene. Nothing worse than having to admit a service rep into your personal space (Home or Car) whose essence leaves behind more than an invoice and clean furnace filter. Thank you, Apollo!!!

I have dealt with this company for 18 years and they have always come through for me! It started with the initial purchase of my new home. I had a problem and they fixed it immediately. Every other subcontractor was difficult with any problems that arose but Advanced fixed a major problem and they did it with a great attitude. I'll always remember that. Eighteen years later they are giving me a 2nd opinion (for free) when another company in town told me I needed $2600 worth of furnace and air conditioning repairs. What did Advanced say? I needed ZERO in repairs. They have always been reliable and honest and I can't tell you how much I appreciate them!

Couldn't be happier or have a better set of guys helping me out in giving me the 25 point furnace check up than Alex G. and Steven. From meeting these two guys at my front door, I had a feeling they'd do everything they could to make sure my furnace kept up in good shape.
Alex found out that my dual-stage furnace had only been used in a single-stage capacity, so he asked if I wanted to adjust the settings for a more energy efficient and cost saving option. He explained the differences between the two and it wasn't a hard decision at all for me, but I really do appreciate that he took the time to ask me about it, knowing it was in my best interest to know.
Anyway, just want to say that I recommend Advanced Heating & Cooling, and really appreciate the work that Alex and Steven put in for me. Thank you!

Advanced saved the day! First over 90 degree day and our air conditioner quit. I called at 6:00 pm and Apollo fit us into his already packed schedule that night. The air conditioner was fixed at a completely reasonable price, there was no hard sell of additional items. Apollo was courteous, knowledgeable, and provided superb customer service. This is the second time we have had Advanced out in a pinch and both times they went beyond expectations to help us.
