Advanced Heating installed a furnace and air conditioner for us in 2010, and we have been faithful customers ever since. Their twice-yearly appliance checkup service gives us great peace of mind. This year, Eric Barajas, who has been taking care of us most recently, advised us that some parts in our air conditioner were showing signs of wear, and we elected to replace them to prevent a system failure. When Eric came back to perform the preventive maintenance, he also went down in our crawl space to determine why our condensation line wasn't draining, identified the problem and fixed it at no additional charge. It's that kind of customer service that maintains our customer loyalty! :-)
Apollo Peltier did a Great job on my furnace repair, it went out on a cool Sunday morning while my grandkids were staying with me. I called Advanced heating's number, left a message and Apollo got back to me quickly, we set up a time for the repair and he arrived on time and got it all fixed and working again very quickly. Apollo Peltier was very professional and Pleasant to deal with and I would Highly Recommend him and Advanced Heating for all your repairs and service needs, Thanks again Apollo for a great experience.... We were very happy with the service we received from Apollo with regards to our AC/Furnace. We had multiple request and he made sure that he completed them all in a timely and efficient manner. He was very polite and respectful of our home.
My tankless gas water heater was not working. Advanced guys came the same day I called, within 3 hours of calling to schedule an appt. Alex and Richard were great. They hadn't worked on this brand, but were able to diagnose and fix the problem in 15 minutes. They didn't even charge me for the service... Great guys, knew their stuff and I'll definitely call them when I have any furnace/AC issues. Excellent service.
I had my heating ducts cleaned last week and was told that I had mold. I called Advanced because, frankly, I did not know who else to call. They came out to give me some insight. They sent Apollo, who has been to my house before. He made numerous phone calls for me and gave me the number of the company they usually deal with. He told me about their program to keep up on my air conditioner and furnace and got me hooked up with the program. He also changed my air filter.....This company cares about their customers, they hire good people who come across as fair minded and give good advise....I am a customer for life....:)

BUT, if you are looking to shop around DO NOT use them. They will charge you to come out and look at your system. If you contract with them, they will waive or credit it, but only if you go through them. I was shocked after working with four other companies who did not charge me for their time that Advanced would do this. The worst part is if I had known, I would have chosen someone else. They cover themselves legally with a small little check box at the very end of their booking software that asks to "accept the terms of the booking". Next to it is a little information icon, and what does it say when you click it? You guessed it - "There is a $99 diagnostic fee..." Of course, I was overly trusting and did not question what it meant, so I am stuck with the charge.
I really hate when companies are not transparent, sneak in charges, and don't follow the standard around these items of business. If they are going to hid something as simple as this to make money, I can only guess what else they hide in their contracts or how else they might conduct their business. I did call and talk to a receptionist, but they weren't going to waive it after I explained the situation. I do not recommended Advanced Heating & Cooling for new clients shopping around.
I have called Advanced Heating on a couple of occasions and they have always been stellar. My most recent experience was today when my furnace was blowing cold air. I was prepared for a bad report card but Alex said my furnace was fine and all I needed was a new thermostat! What a relief and thank you for your honesty! I'm all fixed up and will call Advanced again for all my furnace needs! Thanks you, Alex!!
A few years ago my furnace had stopped working. After two years if very little heat in the house, we had saved up what we thought would be enough to replace the furnace. We called Advanced Heating and Cooling and the tech was able to fix our furnace for 75$. We were so happy. This year, in a new house our air conditioner began to fail. We called Advance again and they booked us within a day.
I contacted Advanced Heating & Cooling to perform a winter 25 point checkup of our two furnaces. I was offered a variety of times and dates for my appointment by a very friendly lady on the phone. I was told that the technician would call 30 minutes prior to arriving. The morning of my appointment, Apollo (my service tech), called me to let me know that he would be arriving in approx. 30 minutes. He arrived on time, introduced himself and listened to my concerns. He promptly began performing all the duties of the safety check as well as changing my filters (which the past HVAC company DID NOT do). He diagnosed what my problem was and corrected it and then checked to make sure that everything was working properly. Apollo was great!! Not only will I call them for my spring checkup, but would be happy to refer them to anyone wanting an honest, reasonable HVAC company.
