Advantage Heating & Cooling can always be counted on to do the job right the first time, on time, and this time was no exception. Howard is an amazing tech who does an impeccable job, and is very personable and friendly as well. We've been with Advantage for years, and also take advantage of their yearly maintenance program, an excellent value that gives us peace of mind as our HVAC is in the best hands possible.

They weren’t able to have anyone come out the night the heat went out due to “warranty repair hours” not being in session. Then when someone did come out we were told it wasn’t covered by warranty anyways. Still not sure why they have an emergency number if they won’t respond because it’s not “during warranty repair hours”. Our technician, Marcus, was great though, he was very polite and professional. He explained things and did his best to help with pricing, so I appreciate him at least.

Marcus showed up on time and was extremely friendly and efficient. He was thorough and honest and a real pleasure to have work on our equipment! It’s obvious he knows his stuff and his effort was greatly appreciated!

We had Advantage come our for our annual preseason air conditioner checkup. Adrian noticed the Freon was circulating through the system. After further review, it was determined the coil had to be replaced. That was Monday. He explained what had to be do and how long it would take. We set up the appointment for Wednesday. Adrian was polite, friendly and knew what he was doing. And he cleaned up . We are very pleased with the company and their employees

The serviceman, Al Barzu, was very thorough and courteous. Along with the furnace maintenance, he set up and explained the membership program for me and said he would also have the ventilator, attached to the furnace, looked at and cleaned in the spring. I am very happy with the service provided.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Friendly and willing to answer my questions. Glad I got a chance to start using them. Maintenance plan is a great value. Look forward to continued services from them.

Jerry came to my new house to install a whole home humidifier and did a great job! My utility room is small and the existing HVAC equipment was crammed into one side. Jerry had to rework so much of the duct work, but he did an amazing job. He was professional and showed me how to use my New humidifier as well as how to change the dampers to regulate the heat in my new home. Definitely a great experience.

My new home is under warranty, so when I was having AC problems I contacted our construction supervisor who then contacted Advantage to call me to schedule the repair. I didn’t have a choice as to what company came to fix the problem due to the warranty, but once the warranty expires, I will be using this company again and recommending to others. Clean, courteous, and arrived right on time. Eric even checked the vents to be sure it was running properly when he finished the job. Great service and glad I now have a go-to company for HVAC issues as I am a new homeowner and no longer have a landlord to take care of repairs!

Advantage is a reliable company with outstanding service. Jerry installed a new humidifier. I am never disappointed when Advantage does work on my HVAC. Jerry is professional, very good at his job and very respectful. After Jerry was finished installing the humidifier, he patiently explained how everything worked and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Jerry and Advantage to family and friends.
