The gentleman arrived on time wearing a mask. He was very courteous. He introduced himself, told me why he was there, asked me if the air conditioning system was working well. I told him I thought it was. He checked the workings in the basement; then outside. He indicated that the system was working properly, but that the compactor was getting a bit worn and might need replacement the next time around. After checking the thermostat, we discussed payment. I opted for one full year and gave him a check for $190.00. He is a good man.

For a furnace clean up and detailed check of the electrical system Adian did a very good job. What Adian could not do for me was repair or trouble shoot why my humidifier was not functioning. This required another service call by a higher trained technician who found the problem to be my humidity controller. Waiting now for a new controller.

Another technician, Eric, came and installed a new thermostat and now all functions seem to be functioning properly. Was very satisfied with his knowledgeable.

Ventura was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Highly recommend. He gave me lots of little tips to help balance the airflow in my home as well. Thanks Ventura!

Ventura arrived at our house promptly on Thanksgiving morning as promised. I appreciate that he wore his mask! He promptly resolved our thermostat issue and made helpful recommendations. I highly recommend him!

I called at 8:30 this morning and by 10:30 Jerry Saenz came to service my furnace. He explained the dripping I heard as normal condensation draining into floor drain . With a few fixes he helped muffle the sound. He also checked the furnace to make sure it was running correctly. Jerry was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely request him again.

Our neighborhood experienced a major issue with power during sub zero weather last night and quite a few of us had our furnace go out. Let me tell you, Jerry S. from Advantage handled the issue like a champ. I am so grateful for Jerry and the rest of the team that responded so quickly to this emergency and got our heat back up and running within a few hours. I have two babies at home and they slept through it all. I feel so fortunate that the builders of our house chose to work with Advantage. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
