Such a great experience overall! Contacted Matt Monson who was very responsive and helpful thru the intake process. He referred me to Scott who came out right away and was able to diagnose what was going on with our AC unit throughly. Very friendly staff and would use them again!

Excellent service quality workmanship and superior technical capabilities. This company really stands behind their work. I bought my first air conditioner from them 20 years ago and I bought another one from them this year. When there was a technical glitch they came back at no charge and had two men work four hours. They discovered it wasn’t the air conditioner but some sort of airflow problem. I highly recommend them. You can’t do any better than Allied!

I've been a customer for 15 years. Two residential furnace/AC replacements and multiple repairs. Always timely, professional, and reasonable. Just had a commercial AC system replaced - Whittaker has exceeded all expectations. He went out of his way to verify new system would meet all requirements, even bringing out the Carrier factory rep. Whittaker also coordinated all aspects of the project, including roofers, electricians, etc, so the entire installation was done in 1 day. Definitely deserving of customer loyalty.

I called Allied and within 3 hours Bill was at our home to fix the Air Conditioner. Bill is kind, polite, professional, and knows exactly what he is doing. It is a person like Bill that keeps us with Allied because the service is so great. It is nice to know that no matter what we will always receive help in a timely fashion.

A shout out to Wes! He was personable, friendly, & professional. He went right to work methodically checking our a/c system. He was thorough in checking & cleaning the condenser outside. I have to say, Wes is a great example of the Allied employees we meet 2ce a year when they ck our heating & cooling equipment. He knows the equipment! We are always confident in the service at Allied. We’ve been customers for more than 25 years.

From the minute I spoke to someone on the phone to set up an estimate, I was very pleased. My AC and Furnace were 27 years old and the AC finally gave out. They were able to install everything 3 days after signing the estimate paperwork. The salesman was super nice and not pushy at all. I felt he was honest and fair!! He gave me some good advice that I wish I had years ago as well. I was blown away with the technicians professionalism and punctuality. They were hard working - worked through lunch to get the job done as quickly as possible to get my house back to a comfortable temperature. They did a terrific job and cleaned up afterwards. Would HIGHLY recommend!!!!

i have a goodman furnace and i had a problem last night .it read a code that said pressure switch. it did correct itself but idecided to call allied. dave came out and did a maintainace and cleaning and was able to answer all my concerns. i am hoping for a few more years as furnace is over 12 years old. dave was very knowledgable and proffessionable . i recomend Allied

Scott performed the furnace troubleshooting in a professional manner . He quickly identified the cause of the problem (frozen flue exhaust pipe on top of the roof) and quickly unplug the pipe and got furnace running again. Good job Scott!
