Fantastic experience! We woke up to no heat the day before thanksgiving. I texted the number on the website and received a call shortly after from Judy. Judy was a saint and listened to my stressed out ramblings and scheduled an appointment for the same day.

Technician Bill arrived early and was kind, efficient and explained each step. The issue was resolved and we were back to having heat before the originally scheduled appointment time. He also helped with a thermostat issue we'd been having after a poor experience with another HVAC company. Allied came recommended by our friends and we will be recommending them to everyone moving forward!

Allied is my go to for any HVAC related issue! I am on their maintenance plan and any technicians I work with have been personable and knowledgeable, especially Jimmy, who has been to my home multiple times. I never feel like they are pushy or dishonest in what needs to be done as I have experienced with other companies in the past. I highly recommend Allied and refer my friends and family to them. I also like that they are a local company.

AC quit working on Thursday night. Called Allied on Friday am, and Pam scheduled us for 8AM following Saturday morning. At 4:15 pm Friday afternoon, Pam called to say she could have the technician stop by in a few minutes, would that be OK? YES! Tech came, diagnosed the issue, and had someone from the Allied Libertyville office drive the part to our home. Tech installed, and system is back to normal. We purchased the current heater and AC from Allied, and use only them for service. Will likely sign up for their annual AC inspection and cleaning service as well. Nice to work with pleasant people who know our equipment and their business!

Can't say enough great things about the service at Allied! My AC went out and I scheduled an appointment to have a technician come to my house the next day. Scott was great and found that the circuit board on my 25 year old furnace wasn't working and therefore my blower wouldn't turn on. At the same time, Scott found a crack in my heat exchanger, which I saw and felt. Instead of the costly repairs, I decided to look into a new furnace. Scott got on the phone with Whittaker (Inside Climate Consultant) who was literally at my house 15 minutes after Scott left!

Whittaker was at my house for about 2 hours taking measurements of every room, window, and looking for each and every return and supply vent in the house to determine the right size furnace for my house. We sat down to look at the different models available and go over every question I had and Whittaker couldn't have been any more honest. At no point did I feel forced or given any sales pitches. Whittaker was at my house Friday afternoon until about 4:00pm and he was able to get my install scheduled on the following Monday for a high efficiency furnace. Now that is service!

Sure enough Monday morning the two techs arrived bright and early, went over everything they were going to work on, were completely professional, and I couldn't have asked for a better installation. They went over every step, didn't rush at all, and went over the entire furnace and thermostat at the end of their 9 hours on the job.

I've been using Allied since 2007 and will continue to use them and recommend them to family and friends. To have a technician diagnose a problem, have support from their consultant immediately after, and then have the install the next business day, is top notch!

Had a new air conditioner installed and had been told it was so quiet, it was top of the line, that you could talk next to it. They were not kidding. Three man crew was professional and respectful. Would use them again.

incredible service from the initial contact to the salesman to the installers. Our furnace died on a Saturday night at 8. Spoke to a real person and the tech was at our house by 9 to pronounce our 16 year old furnace a goner. Great communication between the office, salesman and the installers. Never felt pressured to buy more than we needed. Can't say enough about the service by all involved!

I purchased a Carrier Infinity furnace a year ago from Allied. Today, Scott from Allied came out to perform my yearly maintenance. Scott is knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. I always request Scott to service my furnace. I highly recommend Allied. From Sales to Service, everyone is first-class!

We love Allied! From the original installation to regular maintenance, they are always on time and extremely professional. Scott and Jimmy were here today and were thorough and did a wonderful job!

We are so delighted with the responsiveness and professionalism of Allied today. Our A/C unit was not functioning properly. Scott came out right away (Saturday) and got us up and running. Scott thoroughly explained the problem and provided relevant options to us. We saved money and will be calling Allied (and only Allied) in the future!
