Allied has always been very good, professional and reasonable. My only suggestion for my latest service, installing heat exchager, would be better cleanup. Let a good amount of small debris on basement floor and a couple stains on concrete.

I popped over to the office as a walk-in with furnace problems on a cold Saturday after Ace didn't have the part I was looking for. They were very kind and helpful in the office and I ended it up having a tech come out same day. Scott the tech was incredibly knowledgable and helped me understand the problem and what he was doing to to fix. I will definitely be setting up a maintenance plan with them as I was so impressed with my experience today - and I say that as someone who started that day thinking they were going to pay $15 for a part and ended up spending closer to $200. Still felt the value was great and that I was fortunate for how everything played out.

I called Allied at 7:30 this morning after not having heat in my house overnight. Judy was great on the phone and called in advance of the technician coming to my house. Mark, the technician was very professional and able to diagnose the problem immediately. He had everything fixed and up running even with a cleaning of the system within an hour. I would highly recommend Allied, they did an outstanding job!!!

I needed to have the annual maintenance of my furnace, water heater and humidifier performed. I noticed the water heater had water leaking from the overflow valve tube and called the emergency service line over the weekend to make sure it was still safe. The gentleman who responded was courteous and professional and explained that the water heater likely needed a new relief valve and there was nothing to be concerned about. They called first thing Monday morning to schedule and were able to come out that day. They arrived on time and the repairman was friendly and got right to work. Unfortunately I had to have the overflow unit replaced (it was 25 years old and had failed), which cost me more than I anticipated (but hey, it was 25 years old and it needed to be replaced!) but he left immediately to go pick one up. He was back quickly and had installed it. He made sure I was aware of things I could do to keep the furnace working well. All in all, the work was done well, the prices are reasonable, and it was performed quickly. I've used Allied now for 3 years for maintenance and to install my new furnace and would definitely recommend them to a friend.

I have been using Allied since 1992. They come out once a year for furnace and A/C maintenance. I purchased new furnace and air conditioners in this house and my previous home. I always use Bob and he does an outstanding job. Tonight, I called Allied at 11:30P, because I had a furnace malfunction. I immediately had a return call from Scott, who walked me through the different thermostat functions, which ultimately got my furnace running again. He was awesome and what an outstanding reflection on Allied! He saved me and my little dog from freezing overnight. Their level of customer service in unparalleled and that goes for their office staff as well. I have recommended them to friends, and they have been extremely happy with Allied, as well.

Allied is a great company to work with and very professional. I had a service call today to check my A/C which didn't seem to be blowing cold air last night. Allied was able to get some one out first thing in the morning to service the unit. Rob came out and was on time and very professional. He checked the A/C system and explained everything in great detail to me. He assured me everything was working properly and it was most likely due to the extreme temperatures we have been experiencing the last few days.
