VLAD and Kim from Ravinia came to my house for a number of small electrical projects. They were prompt, courteous, professional and did high quality work. They were kind and accommodating when I changed my mind (too often). I plan on using them again when my new outdoor lights arrive.

Couldn't be happier with our experience at Ravinia and working with Jason B in particular. We had a significant leak that required time and attention to discover the source and resolve. We noticed the issue late at night. The after-hours support was thoughtful and timely, and working with Jason, we had the problem resolved the next day for a reasonable price. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Jeff understood our Koher shower steam generator when it was acting up. He created a quote for labor/parts. We scheduled his service. He performed the work and it works now. We also got his informed opinion on what might go wrong in the future and what to expect.

Ravinia once again helped us out in a time of need. Danny came to our home within an hour of our call to Ravinia on Monday evening. After conducting several tests, he assessed the need for a new motor in our furnace. By 3 p.m. the next day the new motor was installed and the furnace was performing well again. Danny was professional and courteous, as was the entire Ravinia team. The dispatchers and managers at the office are easy to talk to, and work to accommodate your personal schedule. Kim in financing is always willing to find ways to spread out payments to make the financial burden easier to bear. Special thanks to Matt, the heating/cooling manager as well. You can tell this is a family-owned business that wishes to keep its customers by offering fast, professional, and courteous service. I've used them for installing a new electric service panel, replacing sump pump and ejector pump, clearing kitchen sink line, installing water heater, installing new water spigot, snaking outdoor drain line, and more. This was just our annual free inspection. Sean was very helpful and communicative, offering recommendations we likely will follow up. His attention to detail and recommendations epitomized why we have stuck with Ravinia for the past 40 or so years.

Parking lot lights were wired hot all the time. The electrician came in and installed a mechanical timer, which is working perfect! Much cheaper than replacing the electronic photo eye system which would’ve cost well over 4 to 5,000. Thanks Ravinia!

Chris was able to locate the leak, recommend a solution while also letting me know about the challenges of the project and then ultimately fixed the problem. Chris provided an estimate, and the actual cost was within that range. I would highly recommend Chris, and would use him again if the need arises.

We had an electrical issue. Ravinia sent Les to our home within less than 1 hour. Les was obviously knowledgable, skilled and very professional. He solved the issue in short order and was on his way. I would not hesitate to call Ravinia for any/all services they offer.
