Another company installed a new furnace this past winter and when the weather warmed and I tried to flip on the AC, it would not run. The original company quoted me a new AC. Ravinia was able to reconnect the AC in less than an hour.

Ravinia responded quickly to our problem of having no heat. Charlie showed up as promised. He was professional and knowledgeable and efficient took pains to explain exactly what was the problem and how he was going to fix it after fixing the initial problem he took time to service both of our furnaces. He did a great job.

Chris K. is one of the most courteous people I’ve ever met. I was late to meet and let him in. Nice about it. The ticket was for an installment of a new faucet, he immediately saw and offered to do the quick fix on the current faucet, saving me hundreds and when he saw how poorly I had installed the current faucet, he explained how what I’d missed would change things, tightened up all I had done two years ago, and made sure it ran to my liking!!! He gave me good advice on the type of faucet to buy. He was efficient and wasted no time while giving me an education in a positive, friendly way!

RP came out to do annual maintenance for my furnace and everything went very well. Employees are always very professional and courteous - wears protective footwear to keep your home clean. They were on time and texted reminders on the appt.

We had a sump pump issue earlier this week where it would not stop running and Ravinia was very responsive and helpful. We were not overcharged for a simple fix. We will definitely be using Ravinia in the future as any plumbing needs arise!
