Couldn't have asked for better service !!!!! Mike was awesome, VERY thorough, very professional, amazing customer service with a great smile... Our air wasn't working and my father has health issues which was causing issues with the heat.. I called and Mike was here within an hour... This was VERY MUCH appreciated !!!! Nick and Mike were easy to deal with and were communicative throughout the entire process. Originally, quoted a new A/C and air handler from Armstrong which was significantly less than a quote from a larger company. When I requested a Trane setup they were able to make it happen quickly. They also brought portable A/C units so my family and dog would be comfortable while we waited on parts to come in. The install was difficult because the air handler was in an attic and the temperature in the attic was over 150 deg! They removed the old unit and installed the new unit with a custom drip pan underneath. They also ran all new electric to the attic and upgraded the breakers. They worked all day/night Saturday and returned Sunday to finish up the work. They kept a positive attitude throughout the entire process and when any obstacles arose they were always quick to find solutions instead of placing blame or making excuses. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.

I will def recommend this company. Nick was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He called me to confirm the time and asked me to explain a brief summary of the situation with our a/c. When the time approached, he texted me to let me know he was running a bit late. When he arrived he made a diagnostic of our a/c and kept asking more question to fully understand what was gong on with the a/c. He listen and answer every question politely. He is very professional at what he does.

Mike was a great technician and was very professional and explained the repairs. Our AC wiring was not done and he was promptly able to fix it. We called several companies and they were the quickest to return out calls and were able to come the same day. Super helpful when we have a house full of children and it was 89 our. Thank you Mike!

Nick came out to repair my furnace that went out overnight. He found the problem right away, explained thoroughly, and fixed it up quickly. I didn’t need to cancel seeing any of my clients that day. Awesome!

Our outdoor A/C unit fan stopped spinning during the 90F weather - furnace blower still worked but only warm air through the vents so the house kept heating up. Called around 7pm and talked to a representative who took down my info then within 10 mins got called by Nick. Michael showed up around 8:25pm and by 8:50pm the unit was fixed with a new capacitor unit and everything was very clearly explained to us! Competitive pricing and friendly service -- we will definitely be using this company again :)
