Nick was very nice, on time and very responsive to getting my HVAC issue fixed quickly. They work hard to make sure you are happy with their service. One word of advice however would be that any services that go beyond the diagnostic fee should always be discussed with the client before that service is done to avoid any misunderstandings or conflict!

My furnace went out when it was negative outside. I called them up and from the start Ryan was awesome It was after 8 pm on a weekday and told him the heat is out and I have wife and kids home. He dropped whatever he was doing and came right out. My fur ice is in an outside room. He came out and went through the furnace and found the problem in a timely manner. He was freezing but he got the job done. The best part was the price. Cheaper than anyone else. I called around the next day to see how the price was. Long story short I will only be using them for any heating and ac needs. The best in the business. Thanks again Ryan

Woke up to no heat and these guys came right out. Michael B. was the technician and he is an encyclopedia of information. Fixed the issue in minutes. Thanks again!

Everyone who works here is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain everything and explore all of your options to get anything HVAC related working the way you want it to. I will only ever be calling them again whenever an issue comes up. Ask for Nick and/or Mike. They are extremely professional and do clean, efficient work. You will not be disappointed!

They arrived 20 minutes after my initial call to schedule an appointment for an AC repair during a very hot week. They were very responsive and did a very good job.

AC stopped working on a very hot day of course. Called affordable air around 4:00 pm and they sent someone over that evening with no after hours upcharge. Luckily they had the replacement part that was needed and everything was up and running again by 7:30 pm. Very honest, professional service; I would definitely use them again.

Great honest guys to work with. I had two incidents this year, low Freon and bad capacitor. I called couple of my previous guys, they were either unavailable or asking for unreasonable prices. Last summer when our ac went out in 100 degree weather, Nick and Michael came out right away after we called. They were reasonably priced and we had our whole HVAC system replaced. They took their time but knew what they were doing. They even helped us set up our new Ecobee thermostat. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Nick and Michael!!!

Affordable American Air was incredibly professional and quick to help solve our heating issues. We had a heating issue with our née thermostats and they resolved the issue within 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend. Great guys!
