Nick was great! I called at 12:30pm. We scheduled him to come after 5pm. He was here about 5:20 fixed our heat and was out in 20 minutes. Nick is a nice guy, knowledgeable and very friendly. I would recommend him and this company. Very professional!

Michael and Nick did a fantastic job taking care of us. They came out late on a Sunday night and determined we had an issue with our thermostat and offered to install temp AC units to help keep our home cool through the night. Then they came out the following day to install a new one. They kept us informed throughout their visit and answered any and all questions we had. I would recommend their company to anyone who needs HVAC service or installation.

I called around to a couple of places and this one was great right off the bat. Michael was very helpful on the phone as I was explaining my issue and explained what it could be before even coming to my home. They also offer $25 off first time customers, which I really appreciated. Ryan was the technician that came to my home and inspected the furnace and vents. He was very polite and explained all of our options. He didn’t pressure us to do anything and gave us all the information we needed. We even signed up for their inspection and maintenance yearly service so we can always be proactive to prevent any issues with our AC and furnace. As first time homeowners, we don’t just trust anyone and this company was great!

The furnace was not working and constantly on. The technician came on time and repair the unit that is running better than before. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. I will use this company without hesitation in the future and will recommend them highly.

Ryan and Nick were so easy to work with! We needed to replace our AC unit and they were happy to answer all of our questions and quick to respond. They were thorough and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them and plan on using them again for any future AC or heating issues and maintenance.

Affordable American Air is an elite HVAC company that I truly can’t recommend enough. They are highly trained professionals who exceed your expectations. Affordable American Air provides incredibly fast and friendly service for a fair price. I worked with Ryan and Nick and I honestly can’t say how impressed I am with their work on replacing my A/C unit.

My wife and I are new homeowners and just bought our home towards the end of last summer. Our A/C unit was over 30 years old and we knew we would need to replace it fairly soon. When the time came, I called Affordable American Air and Ryan came out the same day. Ryan walked me through what the issues were with the old unit and presented me with some solutions and quotes. I decided that the best course of action was to replace our A/C unit.

The next day I booked an appointment and Ryan and Nick took it from there. They answered all of the questions my wife and I asked. They were incredibly courteous and respectful, keeping us updated throughout the install. They worked fast. They removed the old unit and installed the new one and it looks amazing! We are so impressed with their work and just can’t say enough nice things about them. If you have any HVAC questions or issues, give these guys a call! They are the real deal.

Nick, Mike and Dan were a pleasure to work with. Our furnace went out less than a week in our new house. We called around to other places that quoted 2-3 days out just to diagnose the issue on the coldest night of the year- too long to go without heat! We called Affordable American Air and they were out in less than an hour, diagnosed, gave us space heaters for the night and came back early the next morning to get our furnaced replaced! They didn't leave until the job was done. My family and I can't thank these guys enough! We'll be sure to call you first should we need to again! THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING!

I don't normally do online reviews however my experience with Affordable American Air Heating and Cooling brought me here. I couldn't have picked a better company when my AC unit went out. Of course it was an emergency and a Sunday. Nick and Mike came out at night after working all day and were able to get it running. They came back the next day to better assess and were able to give us very affordable options. Our unit has been running better than it was before it stopped working ever since. Mike and Nick are professional, punctual, responsive, very affordable and honest while doing a great job! I highly recommend them.

If anyone is ever in need of any HVAC work Mike and Nick over at Affordable American Air are top notch. My dog Milo and I were very cold when our furnace went out and they fixed it with oem parts at a great cost in under 24 hours! There was no worries about supply chain issues with parts for them as there was for others! Great people with great values that I would highly recommend!

We had called for service as our 2nd story in our house was very warm and we were not sure what the issue was. Ryan came out and was able to quickly figure out that it was actually our attic fan that had stopped working which was why it was so hot. He gave us a quote on the spot and we were honestly amazed at how affordable the repair was going to be - not to mention, he had all of the items in the truck to fix the issue right away. We really appreciated the fact that he could fix our existing attic fan and didn’t try to upsell us on buying a brand new one. The professionalism, the speed, and the affordability of this company will be why we will call them again for any future HVAC needs!
