Mark was great

PLEASE NOTE: this company essentially makes you leave a review every time you visit to “help out the servicer”. These reviews are inflated as I’ve done this multiple times and they watch over you to ensure it is a 5 star review. If you want to truly rate your service technicians service, do so not publicly and while he is not there. This is no reflection on Mark and his service was desirable. Great company but the review process is unethical.

If I could give this place more starts I would. Every part of this experience was excellent. Scheduling was great, dispatch was great, my technician Anthony was both a consummate professional and a real human being.

This feels like a mom and pop business that is run by highly competent and emotionally sound human beings. This feels like the exact opposite of everything America has become when it comes to the corporatization of our culture, and is instead a breath of fresh air. Real, local, well run, honest. I can't give this place enough accolades.

Everyone I interacted with seemed like they were treated well and liked their job.

Super grateful to Judo and the Leslie team. Very responsive when initially calling while they kept me up to date when the tech would be available. Judo was super pleasant & knowledgeable. We ended up (thankfully) having a small filter issue (our fault) and Judo did not try to over sell or anything! It's so refreshing to have honest people in this industry because it didn't cost us an arm and a leg. We'll definitely be calling for Judo in the future if we need anything! Thanks guys!!

Nick Morgan stopped by to check status of furnace and A/C. Great and professional service. Really thorough on his work to show us the best options to repair or update anything we needed. Definitely 5 star service!

We had Judo come to repair our hvac. He was very professional and kind, answered all of our questions, he was very efficient and had us up and running in less than an hour. Will absolutely use Leslie again.

I’ve had a couple of techs from Leslie. Today was Judo G and he was the best. Very efficient and got the job done quickly. It cost more than I thought but the service and response time was worth it.

I really enjoyed my visit with Alex today. He was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly . I felt like he was giving me the best pricing and options for me and not just to make a sale. I signed up for the family plan. Thank you!

I had a fantastic experience with Marc A. We needed our sump pump basin cleaned out and our A/C / Furnace checked out to make sure everything was ok. He was extremely nice , explained everything in detail what was being done, and did a fantastic job! I will 100% recommend this company to all family and friends .
