Anthony H was just out to do my bi annual servicing. He was knowledgeable and professional and talked me through all my options. Leslie heating and cooling has been great over the years and the family plan makes everything so easy!

Furnance/air just installed. The men were on time, kept us informed of progress, and did great job on cleanup. I highly recommend this company. Everyone from office to Kevin(sales person) to installers could not have been better.

Mark did an awesome job helping me install my google thermostat today. He made sure to stay until it was complete. Very professional! I highly recommend Mark!

Marc and Terrence took good care of our water heater conking out on us. So happy to have hot water again! Marc was super friendly and explained what he was doing step by step.

Marc was very professional and once again Brian and the dispatch team knocked one out of the park! I received a text from dispatch about 30 minutes after realizing that my car battery was dead. The work was to be performed at my rental property. I needed to replace my battery so I called Brian my acct manager and he worked with dispatch to get things re-arranged. I told dispatch I would need the 30 minutes to get a battery, replace it and meet the technician (Marc) at the house.

Needless to say, everything worked out thanks to the team work by the dispatch folks and an awesome technician, Mark.
Thanks to you all! I will definitely contact you soon to do more work for me!

To the Leslie Team, you made what started as a stressful day much easier to deal with and I thank you for that!

Had an issue with the water heater and Mark C knew the issue with in the first 10 minutes and had the knowledge of what needed to get done fast and correctly. I just happen to have some water leaking through the washing machine and Brendon the General Manger who was here to help Mark saw it and fixed the hose on tight and fixed it for us at no cost. Thank you and appreciate Leslie having great techs with the knowledge and personality.

Eric did a great job, he was fast and efficient. Gave me every option available and even a cost breakdown of each. He was so great I purchased their monthly plan for only $8 so that I know I will always get this same great service and even get future discounts on service and equipment! Thank you guys so much for all your help!

Marc the service technician was very professional and knowledgeable. I give Marc 5 stars for his efforts. I give the company zero stars for their overpriced replacement parts. Marc stated that I needed a new humidifier filter and two UV lights for my purifier. The cost for this work came in over $875. After Marc completed the work, I found out that the two UV Bulbs and Humidifier pad cost $145. In my opinion Leslie Heating is overcharging their customers and committing fraud on the elderly with their exorbitant prices. When I purchased the furnace system from Leslie I was told that I had a 10 year no cost service agreement and they said nothing about the high cost of replaceable parts. In short I reccomend Marc but I do not reccomend Leslie Heating because of their exorbitant prices and misleading marketing
