Harmonic Heating & Air Conditioning

We have used Harmonic for our yearly AC and furnace check ups but both times we have had more emergency issues they have been great. Very responsive, communicative, and prompt. Their quotes have been accurate and they work quickly! We will continue to be Harmonic customers!

They started with an initial good impression, I was able to easily input information on their website to request information about their services and if they could resolve my situation (ac not cooling home well). They quickly reached out to me via text. This was appreciated as I've found most sites that have a place to request a quote don't actually work correctly, where as they were prompt and used a method I preferred. During the initial visit with their contractor he thoroughly inspected and reviewed the problem (free 2 hr consultation) I am having and made meaningful recommendations on how to approach the problem as well as sharing insight on why cheap fixes wouldn't work. While quoting work, he thoroughly explained options and pricing. He also level set my expectations well and we scheduled a follow up furnace install. A separate crew from him was dispatched to me the next week. The crew respected my home and took appropriate precautions to not damage my hard wood floors while working. They completed the work within the quoted window, thoroughly reviewed with me the work they did, operation of my new thermostat and furnace and cleaned up after their work. Upon inspecting their work, it appeared to thorough (refitting pipes with new piping, replacing rusted parts, etc). This service did improve the quality of my ac performance (higher tonnage blower on furnace for better circulation). I had similar work done a year before by another company who gave me the run around and provided 0 communication to me, this was a light and day difference. I would use their services again. They even fixed my dryer ventilation for me for free, which was very nice of them. It was minor 2 minute thing, but the willingness to do a quick thing for me helped show show me I wouldn't be nickle/dimed and that they would put some care into their work.

Sean came by promptly at the time scheduled and walked me through our house we purchased late 2022. We have some hot and cold spots and he walked us through options to optimize air flow in our house (both cheap and expensive). The transparency was great. As a bonus, he showed me how to replace our air filter. This is the second time I've worked with Harmonic. Definitely recommend.

Harmonic installed a new gas furnace and central air unit to replace my old system. The installation crew, Brandon A, Brandon D, and Joel, showed up on time, were polite and knowledgeable, worked efficiently, reviewed the new system with me, tested its operation, and cleaned up the work area. Nathan had quoted the new system and answered all my questions, and he too was professional and knowledgeable. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for HVAC service and installation.

Harmonic performs my annual HVAC maintenance each season. They discovered during my recent A/C maintenance that I had a leak in my A/C coils that necessitated the replacement of the A/C. The price they quoted was very competitive so I proceeded with the repair. Brandon and Ryan did an excellent job on the replacement with Brandon explaining everything that was being done and showing me evidence of the coil failure. All of the questions I asked were answered to my satisfaction. Harmonic does quality workmanship

Sean with Harmonic has taken care of all things HVAC for us since we moved in to our house and has been wonderful!
