Great company to deal with. You can schedule a maintenance appointment online and even pick a certain team member. I just picked first available and got Daniel. He did an awesome job. Got here on time and took his time. Very friendly as well. He also fixed my screen door, which was getting caught for a while... just volunteered to do it. So going above and beyond for sure

We had them do a full install of a new furnace. These guys did great, and were very helpful in answering all of my questions. They made great suggestions for the system we ended up picking and explained anything I wanted to know. They talked to me like a neighbor, and didn't try to SELL me, which is terrific. I highly recommend them.

December 25, 2017 Update:
These guys are the greatest. I called their emergency number on Christmas at 6:00pm and within 30 minutes Tony was at my house working to restore heat to my home.
I will spare you all of the 'mechanical' details but I just can't emphasize enough how well this company, and more importantly the people behind the company, treat their customers.
If I could give them 10 stars I would.

With winter approaching and a 20 year old furnace in the basement, I began a search for an HVAC company to replace my entire heating and cooling system. I took the approach of selecting the company ahead of the product. My search included 3 local companies offering competitive brands.
Harmonic was the first on the scene spending considerable time with me going over how the technology has changed and what choices were available now to accommodate my situation. It was done in a professional and courteous manner. Jeremy arrived on time, went through my existing system and took the time to understand what we were happy with and what we wanted improved in our HVAC system before making his recommendations. I even had follow on questions and requests as I learned more about the equipment I was purchasing that were promptly answered via email.
Competitor A to Harmonic was bigger and closer to my home. Out of chance, I had to move my originally scheduled appointment with them and, as it turned out, this exposed a side of their business I might not have discovered otherwise. Frankly, their customer service was atrocious. They became annoyed with my schedule change even though I gave them a 48 hour notice. If this was their approach to a prospective customer, I could not image how they treated customers that have already done business with them. There was no way I was going to use them but I gladly took their quote to use in my selection process.
Competitor B was another local company. They too came to my house walked me through their technology all while detailing their professional recommendations. A quote was in my inbox in a timely manner. The funny thing is the detailed recommendations made in my home were not those outlined in the quote. I found this very odd in so many ways. I suppose it could have been an honest mistake so I figured I would wait for their follow up call. I make it a practice to wait for follow up calls as to me this is an indicator of how interested a company is in my business. Guess what, I am still waiting. Weeks later, the sales person has never followed up on our meeting…not via email, not phone, nothing. Another easy scratch from the search list but again I had their quote to use in my selection process.
In short, I feel very lucky I started by choosing the people side of the transaction ahead of the equipment. I also consider myself lucky Harmonic was on my short list of HVAC companies. In summary, my experience indicates there are more bad HVAC companies than good. My experience has also shown all the HVAC equipment quoted are very, very similar in capability and in fact, two were identical with just different name plates. Pricing varied slightly but I expected that. From very first contact, working with Harmonic was a pleasure. Jeremy answered all my questions whether in person, via email or on the phone. He followed up when he said he would. Also, given Harmonic was the first to quote, Jeremey waited patiently while I completed my search process.
Ultimately, Jeremy and I reviewed the quote and quickly came to a fair price. The equipment is in, running and working great. The installers, Tony and Brandon, were respectful of my home, did their work neatly and took the time to explain the process, their progress and how things were coming together. I encourage anyone reading this to do their diligence but most importantly be sure to include Harmonic in the search. The differences in equipment are minor but the differences between companies are huge.

Great, great company! Jeremy, the owner, has a passion for his field. He researches the advances in HVAC technology, and can fully explain the science behind the technology. And really, that's where I was most impressed. He was conversant in not only what the technology is today, but the evolution of the industry.
He was very respectful of our home and responsive to what we needed. He provided a fair price for the services and we opted to go with Harmonic.
The day of, Tony showed up to do the work. on time, perhaps even a little early He was on time, showed the same respect for our home that Jeremy had, and had the same passion for the field in which he worked. He worked hard, and was able to get the job done early after cleaning up after himself.
I was incredibly pleased with the result (i.e., the technology that Jeremy recommended and the way that Tony installed it). As though I weren't happy enough, when I had a question about the thermostat a couple days later, I called Jeremy and he answered and walked me through the solution. Easy peasy.
A great company with great people that deliver on what they say they are going to do. Just fantastic!

Called @ 3:45 PM on the hottest day of year so far for a/c that wouldn't start. Liz @ Harmonic had a technician here by 4:00 PM. No charge for overtime and Daniel had problem rectified and working in short time. Explained everything he was doing and answered all questions. Harmonic will get my business and will recommend to others.
