Harmonic Heating & Air Conditioning

Needed a new furnace and AC. Got 3 quotes- they were the best! They gave me a quote right away. Since they were the last ones to quote me I was able to compare and determine whether the recommendations were correct. Jeremy came by - right on time- and gave me the best quote! They included extras like a humidifier that the others did not.
I could tell he was an honest and knowledgeable guy I could trust.
Installation was really smooth. They had three techs on the install - really nice and polite guys.
I have had the units now for almost a month - really happy!

The whole entire team at Harmonic are wonderful! We have used them for numerous projects around the house and just recently they replaced our furnace. It was an emergency and they all rallied! We got space heaters and on their schedule first thing on Monday to replace our old broken furnace. I love working with them!

Thank God I am not a senile old lady! They almost got away with screwing me big time! The tech who came was kind - a total wolf in sheep's clothing! They must have thought I was too stupid to use google to check on the product they installed for me. The mark up was absolutely INSANE! They took a product that sells for about $50 and marked it up to almost $400. Plus, I paid for a service call for an extremely simple install. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I called and spoke with the owner and all he did was make excuses. I can't help but wonder how many zillions of times he has gotten away with this price gouging! It makes me sad that this company has ZERO ETHICS! Try Brain's HVAC instead -They are truly good and fair people.

We’ve used Harmonic Heating & Air a handful of times. We just recently had our AC unit replaced everything went very smoothly. They were prompt in providing the quote and answering all my questions. They were honest and fairly priced. It’s nice to know that you can trust them to give you a straight answer and are looking out for your best interest. Thanks Jeremy for taking care of things so quickly for me.

Jeremy is very knowledgeable and the Harmonic customer service is incredible. Make sure you have them inspect your heating or air-conditioning systems before you need to use them. Be proactive, and don't wait until they fail before you call the Harmonic team.

I have used Harmonic for my own home as well as referring them to my clients. Not only do they provide excellent service, they are honest, show up when they say they will be there, are very informative and back up their work. Their trucks are easy to identify so you always know who you are working with. Harmonic will not disappoint!

Jeremy (the owner) set an appointment time and showed up several minutes early. He found the issue with my A/C and fixed it within 20 minutes. He showed me how to fix the issue next time it happened. On time, honest, and quick.

On a side note, I have a buddy who works in the industry in a different city and he warned me that I should expect to pay at least $150 just to have someone come out. Harmonics only charged $75 to come out (the total bill was more because I was charged for the repair, but the cost for the repair was a fair price).

I would definitely recommend this company.

First of all, when I called, the customer service person (I think was Liz), she was very nice and professional. She was also able to reschedule my appointment earlier since there was a spot open. Jeremy came and he explained everything very well. I dont talk HVAC or any other house equipment or appliances. So when Jeremy explained and I understood, that was a big plus! Lol. He took the time to explain and answer my questions. He did not try to over sell anything and provide reasonable recommendations. Will definitely refer to them for future services!

We thought we had a major problem with our water heater, so I called Harmonic. I was so impressed with their honesty and how quickly they were able to get to my home. Fortunately, the problem was not a serious one! We Will definitely use their services again in the future.
