This is Mike and Linda from Tinley Park, IL. We recently had our aging furnace and air conditioner units replaced by TR Miller with high efficiency models. We give them the highest 5 star rating possible! The entire process from beginning to end went flawlessly. We are VERY pleased. Their entire organization end-to-end is very professional, customer focused and service minded! Starting with Senior Specialist Jason Springs working on requirements, providing options and recommendations. Mangers Robert Aleman and Sean providing best available affordable pricing, promotional discounts and zero percent financing. To Ken and Paul and their crew of professional installers for best in class high quality installation and clean up! We highly recommend TR Miller!!! We will definitely use again for all our future needs.

I don’t know that I’ve ever had such a great service experience - to the point where I’m not sure if people will believe me. From my initial call and getting a LIVE person answer the call (Gabby) and schedule my service to also getting a LIVE person call me to make sure the time slot was still good for me (Corie) to then a friendly and professional tech (Lucas). I was lucky enough that they had time to fit in a visit on the day I called and also lucky enough that the fix was simple enough for the tech to do on the spot. Each of these people were genuinely friendly. But I’d also like to call out the safety parameters that they took throughout the process. After speaking with Gabby, I received a text with all their contact information so I could easily get a hold of someone. I then received a text from the dispatcher to share a picture of my tech, with his name, so I’d know who was suppose to be visiting my home. This made me feel significantly better about a stranger entering the house. And on that thought, Lucas also asked for my permission to come into the house when I opened the door for him. Simply amazing… so many small measures that added up to a great experience!

I was on the fence about having my furnace system replaced. The information provided by Britt was informative versus the usual sales pitch. Installation tomorrow!! Great team of install experts.. excellent work

Anthony came out to inspect both furnaces in our home, and was fantastic! He walked me through a few issues that he found and his recommendations for repair, and was incredibly thorough in his explanations. Our appointment was easy to schedule, and Anthony was right on time and gave me a call 30min before he arrived. I was thrilled with the service and signed up for the VIP program. I would highly recommend Anthony and TR Miller!

Nick M came to my house today & my 18+ year old Lennox AC unit and blower were not working. He noticed my Nest Thermostat and knew immediately it may be the problem. He diagnosed my issues, provided me with estimates and quickly fixed my thermostat. He also inspected my newer furnace and AC unit and went over explanations and options. He was extremely thorough, pleasant to talk to in the home, respectful of my property (always kept boot covers on) and overall just a great service technician. I will ask for him to come back! Great service, easy to work with. Have not comparison shopped, so don't know if prices are low, high, or competitive. For piece of mind, an explanation of what service was needed (and not needed), it was worth the cost for me. Thanks Nick for a job well done today!!

I called at the last minute to get my sump pump looked at. They made sure I was worked into the schedule and made me feel like I'm top priority. Ray L came and gave great service and educated me on my new sump pump. Appreciate the learning about what I needed to do and look out for. Ray is very personal and great person to talk to. I will definitely will be using this company in the future.

Outstanding customer service. My AC unit went down in a Saturday evening and I called TR Miller at 9:00 PM. A live person answered the phone and had a technician scheduled for the next morning. Her customer service was excellent. Anthony B came to my house and diagnosed my AC unit, explaining each step. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the unit. He thoroughly checked the unit. He talked to me about their VIP Membership Program and the benefits of it. I didn’t feel pressured to purchase, but after reviewing the benefits it was a fit for me. Anthony’s customer service was excellent as well. I would highly recommend TR Miller for any heating, cooling or plumbing needs.

It's been 4 months since getting my underground replaced. There might be a problem. They diagnosed it as a leaking water line in a different room.

Roberto from the office won't call me back, so the warranty they offer with all completed jobs is really great.

Kevin I. visited our place today to help address an issue with our AC unit. From the moment he arrived, he was charismatic & friendly. We’d been without AC for two days already, so we would’ve been appreciative of his help regardless; yet he went above & beyond. Kevin double- & triple-checked every potential root of our issue before addressing the AC unit outside (which, as we live in a building, is on the roof). He went back & forth many times to ensure everything worked properly. He was diligent & explained to us what the causes were; the entire time, Kevin was personable & joked around with us, which put us at ease despite the weary high-humidity of our condo at that time. We are so appreciative of your help & your presence today, Kevin. Thank you for being so awesome! ❤️

We have used this company for quite a few things (water heater, boiler, gas line, a/c inspection, and purchasing a new central a/c unit, in a very short period of time. The guys and girl have all nothing but professional and Nick N went above and beyond for our final visit, installing the smart thermostat.
5 stars, highly recommend.
