We were most impressed with the professionalism of all the individuals from TR Miller. They were timely, kind, informative, considerate and did an exceptional clean up job.

Furnace went out overnight. Called TR Miller and they sent Mike out within hours to take a look. He gave a thorough walk through of what he was looking for and gave me my options. We decided on a new system, as the old furnace was very old. Anthony and another guy (cant recall his name!) did a fantastic job with the install and worked with me well. Then Luis and Brandon returned for an AC install. They did their jobs well and I have no complaints!

The spigot in my garage was leaking from behind the knob making it impossible to use. Luckily that day, there was a TR MILLER service tech literally 2 houses away making a service call. I went over and talked to him, he said he might have time to do an estimate. Not only did he give me an estimate, he had the part and was able to replace the spigot. Thanks to the whole team, Mike K. In the office and Jacob the technician. The pipe was a full arms length in a wall and he did the job using only one arm. Amazing.

Worth every penny. Every potential issue was discussed, recommendations were made, concerns were heard and addressed in a friendly and professional manner, and work was completed entirely and for the exact amount quoted.

Will definitely use these services again. Jessie C., Noe M., and Jim were fantastic through the entire process. Wouldn't trust plumbing issues to anyone else.

We have a very old furnace that has decided to intermittently work in this winter weather. Kevin came out and was very friendly and explained what he was seeing, and pointed us in the right direction and explained our options moving forward. We just bought this house in the summer of 2022 and are working out some of the kinks along the way.

Nick was very informative of the issues we were facing and offered options not only to remedy the situation but also any preventative care that might benefit us. Very open to showing how things were done, very attentive and kind. Great service from the company.

Very happy with my service. Jason and Johnny were very reliable and professional. I called around 8 am and Jason was there within an hour. He explained everything to me about cost and what they needed to do. Johnny was there soon after and completed the job very quickly and efficiently.

My experience started out with Comfort Consultant KJ. He was able to provide a thorough diagnosis as a self-admitted "HVAC nerd". He even taught me a trick to save some money on my utility bill and keep my house feeling comfortable! KJ was very professional, friendly and transparent through the quoting process. I could tell he genuinely cared about his job and his company's reputation. He provided me with a clear and concise quote and offered several options that met my budget and schedule. I can't say enough about KJ's customer service and passion for his craft! First impressions are everything and he left a lasting impression that best represents his employer and his self!

Forward to install day (less than 24 hours from quote), the technicians arrived the following morning promptly on time based on the dispatchers courtesy call. I was greeted by Anthony E., Nick M. and Jon G. These guys were very polite, professional and wasted no time getting right down to business! They all worked very well together as a team! Even their supervisor stopped by to do a wellness check. He took the time to sit down with me and ask about his team's service.I was kept abreast about progress throughout the install and before I knew it, the job was done!

I cannot recommend TR Miller enough! I will no longer be practicing my ABC's (inside joke here - the TR guy's will get it). TR Miller has won my business for any future projects. If you want quality work done at a fair price, give this company the opportunity to earn your long term business. I am sure glad that I did!
