Today we got our a/c and furnace replaced. Our a/c had issues on Saturday, we got a consultation on Sunday, and replaced everything on Monday. We appreciate how quickly we were able to get everything taken care of and we had wonderful customer with every interaction. We worked with Ammon V, Jarred G, Tony R, and Gilberto C.
They were all professional and knowledgeable!

We got the airscrubber add-on and the bigger pipe option to help with dust control in our house and we are VERY excited to see that work its magic.

We also are appreciative that TR Miller offers a military discount! Thank you so much for making this costly necessity as convenient and smooth as possible. Appreciate it!

We have a service membership with TR Miller and get furnace and AC inspection and tune up twice a year. Their customer service is always courteous. For the most recent service, Drew K arrived within the appointment window, was professional, helpful, and friendly. Keep up the good work.

Bogdan was great! He arrived early and explained what he was doing every step of the way. Although we got bad news, he gave us several options to fix our issue so we could make an informed decision without the typical pressure many services teams provide. I would definitely recommend him!

TR Miller was quick, easy, and professional to work with. We needed a complete replacement of our furnace, A/C unit, and water heater which was a big project. TR Miller was very reasonably priced and got out immediately to help us get our units replaced.

From first call to completed installation was 2 days. The work was quick and done very well. Everything was walked through with us before and after it was done and we are very happy with the final result!

Our technicians were James K, Nick Mi., Tyler M, and Eric. All four of them were very courteous in our house and made sure to leave no trace once they were done.

We will definitely be going back to them next time we need anything, which I imagine won't be for a long time.

Called to check known issues. They were extremely responsive, very thorough and talked through everything that was happening. We discussed options at length. Before the tech arrived they called to ensure I was ready and wanted them to show up still. The whole process was very smooth. Bogdan was the technician and was very knowledgeable. He validated each troubleshooting step and was realistic. I will need repairs and they set up an appointment for the next day while we were there. Very good experience and will provide a follow up after any replacements occur.

Bogdan was amazing I love this company I am a big fan. He was knowledgeable and really did an excellent job walking me through his inspection. He is a great service man and I can tell he is excellent at his job. I give him 10 stars alone i recommend him and tr miller.

I had a great experience with an TR Miller company! The technician was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my AC unit and provide a solution. The repair was completed in a timely manner, and my AC is now working better than ever.

On one of the hottest days so far this summer my air conditioner went out. TR Miller came out the next day and Nick M. was able to tell me what the problem was in minutes. He was very knowledgeable and was willing to the explain the issue and how to fix it. I was back up and running in no time.

High five to the installation team. STEVE, RYAN , and LYANNE did a fantastic job, showed up on time and preformed a professional install of new furnace and AC unit. Excellent clean up. Showed ID and the company texted me a picture of Joey. Friendly and professional. Easily fixed the problems and eased my concerns immediately. They are less expensive than other plumbers, but it look like all plumbers charge what I think is too much. I would highly recommended Joey and this company. A senior discount would be good.
