We had an emergency situation regarding out furnace and we called Summers. They had Mike, a great technician, show up at our house within 20 minutes of calling them. Mike has been to our house before for furnace problems and we were excited to see that he was returning because he gives us straight forward answers about what is wrong. We needed to purchase a new furnace and AC unit and he explained everything so we both could understand and I felt at ease knowing exactly where my money is going. I highly recommend using this company if you need plumbing, heating, and cooling needs.

John was awesome! Called before he came, and even came early. Extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions, and even showed me how dirty my AC unit was, and explained about it. No other previous service has done that before.

Mike did an excellent job. He was on time and professional. He answered all of our questions and concerns, fixed our problem and then gave us all the requested information for the future. Its great working with an individual from an HVAC company that doesn't immediately try to sell you thousands of dollars worth of equipment.
