Dan called ahead of time, arrived on time, introduced himself upon arrival and explained what he was going to do with regard to replacing a pipe on my water heater. He replaced the pipe in a few minutes and was cordial throughout his visit.

I found Dan to be professional, honest, helpful and friendly. I will request that all of my plumbing-related service calls be assigned to him in the future.

Mike and Dave answered all my questions and were extremely polite and professional. Definitely recommend these guys. When six other companies couldn't come out, they got to my house within an hour.

My A/C went out during the first really hot week of this spring. Other companies couldn’t get out fast enough. Summer had someone out that afternoon. Realized my unit was ready old (17 yrs) and ready to be replaced. Had new furnace/AC installed the next day. Ernesto provided great service! Installation was smooth, looks great. Works great so far. Reasonably priced!

Felipe did a fantastic job of preparing our HVAC system for the upcoming summer season. He took extra time to check out both the indoor unit and the outdoor unit and performed a variety of tests to determine whether our HVAC unit is functioning properly. THANK YOU FELIPE!!!

I called to schedule an appointment and they gave me a time later in the day. Then called back and said they be there in 30 min. Cole explained everything to me so I understood. I was not expecting to have everything done today, but it was. I would highly recommend Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling !

I had an appointment scheduled days in advance for 2 to 4 PM. Summers called me at 3 PM and canceled my appointment stating their one and only plumber was sick. I asked how they were going to honor their commitment as they waited so late in the day to cancel my appointment and that I needed service today prior to me leaving out of town. I was told there was nothing they could do. If you can’t honor your commitments it stands to reason your service is less than stellar as well. Zero stars will never use you in the future.

I received a letter advertising a discounted A/C Tune Up. I scheduled and the technician Mike came out to perform the task. He told me my condenser fan was rotating the wrong direction likely indicating a short in the motor. He explained the fan motor would cost over $2000 but the condenser unit itself was 16 years old and wouldn’t last much longer. We discussed replacing the whole A/C cooling system and he quoted me triple what other companies were coming in at after I made a few appointments to price it out. He stressed that the unit wouldn’t make it through another summer. Long story short I called my wonderful neighbor whom has a background in HVAC and he replaced a $50 capacitor. The fan is rotating correctly and the AC has been working great. It was a simple fix that Mike either missed or purposely overlooked. If I had listened to Summers and replaced the AC unit I would have had to finance the job it was so expensive, over $12,000 just for the AC portion! I won’t be allowing them anywhere near my home again. Big thanks to my neighbor Dave, he’s a local hero and helps so many people in need.
