Commercial Service was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix my A/C problem and give me a time and cost estimate for additional needed repairs.

Thanks to them I can feel safe in know I will be staying cool this summer and for several summers to come!

On morning Monday, when I woke up, and I noticed that my air conditioning wasn’t working properly, I knew who to call. At quarter till one, a technician came to work until he finished his job: a few minutes after 4 in the afternoon. It would’ve been awesome if he would’ve stayed a little bit longer to double check his work, but he didn’t. It was today, two days later, after the original job was done, a second technician came and checked it and told me that it was well done but a wire wasn’t connected properly and that’s why my air-conditioning wasn’t cooling down. The company fixed what needed to be fixed, did what was right, and left along the way, a satisfied customer.

Today (7/6/23) was our regularly scheduled Commercial Service HVAC maintenance visit. Jeremy, our tech, was incredibly kind and immediately willing to help me when I had a question about an issue with our dryer vent. He truly went above and beyond. I am so grateful for such phenomenal service! Thank you so much!!

Charlie showed up on time and was very professional, knowledgeable, and ready to help. He was able to diagnose and resolve the problem in less than an hour and was even able to give me tips on keeping my system maintained throughout the season. Even though our system wasn't purchased through Commercial Services (it was here when we bought the house), we will continue to use them for our service and maintenance because of their commitment to customer service. Serviceman showed up on time and was very nice. My Trane heater had stopped working for the second time. However prior to showing up it started to work again. Serviceman found nothing wrong as system was currently working. I was charged $132 for this visit on a system still under warranty even though whatever is going on was not found or fixed. Can’t wait for it to shut down again!

Commercial Services is very reliable, honest and has amazing customer service. I’ve always been very impressed with the quality of service I’ve received. Won’t use anyone else in town- they’re top notch.

I use their maintenance plan for HVAC and I had them come out today for the spring inspection, which was prompted by some condensation management issues last night. Typically I request the same technician (Charlie) but ended up scheduling the first available opening today (Sean/Shawn). I called at around 9 this morning and they fit me in same day, scheduling me for 2-4 and showing up promptly at 2.

Sean/Shawn did a thorough inspection and clearly knew his stuff front to back. He was able to address my acute problems and provided insight on what problems to look out for.

I’ve worked with multiple folks from Commercial Services over the past 6-7 years and they have all been smart, genuine, and honest.

We've used Commercial Service a few times now for plumbing issues including a busted pipe and a water filtration system check-up. They are always on time, extremely professional and able to fix things quickly and efficiently. They also do a great job of explaining how things went wrong and/or how stuff works, which I really appreciate!

Really happy with my technicians. I’ve had two. Both were great each time. One was late career. One was early career. That was nice to see and they knew their stuff. Very pleasant to work with and very informative. Will definitely use again. Also better customer service and ease of scheduling than one of their competitors I have used.

I recently had several plumbing issues pop up. I called Commercial Service for help. Their technician provided expert repairs with prompt and friendly service on three separate occasions. As a long time HVAC customer as well, my service has always been excellent. I highly recommend Commercial Services.
