Commercial Service does high quality work and stands behind their work. I have had bad luck with mechanical issues in the compressor unit they installed almost 10 years ago. Even though it’s never been a problem with the work they performed, they have always been quick to address the issues and have never tried to charge me extra for the repairs. Finding customer focused companies like Commercial Service isn’t easy, and I couldn’t be more thankful that I went with them.

Commercial is always so responsive and professional. It starts with the proactive reminders, to the ease of scheduling, to the on time, considerate technicians, rounding out with the accurate, descriptive paperwork. Their technicians are always professional, friendly and they do an outstanding job. Commerical always exceeds expectations. I would 100% recommend Commercial to all my friends and family.

We’ve used Commercial Service for years and have always found them very responsive and thorough. Grant did a great job on our HVAC maintenance today and was very helpful in explaining how our system is functioning, including some things we can do to improve our system’s efficiency, and things to keep an eye on to make sure all is well. These guys are the most professional I have encountered, every tech I have dealt with (about 5-6) have been great, very friendly, informative and professional. They are not the cheapest but are the best IMO and I would not hesitate to use them in the future. Fully recommend!

Grant did effective work for an hour on AC preventive maintenance. He took the time to explain things I found useful to know. I welcome his return for future work on my heating and cooling home system.

Called for service and they showed up same day and fixed my frozen/busted water pipe, very professional and personable. Explained everything that was wrong and described all that would be fixed. Very much appreciate the two of them for their courtesy and ultimate "love" for the company they work for. They definitely show pride in what they do and who they work for. Will definitely use Commercial Service again if the need arises. Thanks!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING ! ! ! !
I recently hired Commercial to install a whole new HVAC unit in my house that never had heating/cooling. This huge project cost me over $17,000. Unfortunately, one little problem caused by a neglectful technician, caused a huge leak in my laundry room. The technician simply FORGOT to attach a zip tie to the AC condensation tube that was supposed to be attached to my washing machine water outlet. As the washer was used, the tube became loosened from the outlet until it fell onto the floor and draining water between ever tile crack and baseboard. I now have a completely ruined floor and serious mold and mildew growth. Who is at fault in this situation? The hard working customer that paid 17 grand or a lack of zip tie? Or the VERY dishonest company that lacks ethics and customer service? It is very sad I trusted this company to do a decent job and is MORE than happy to take your money, but when they are at fault, ignore every call. I am now emotionally and physically (stress/air quality from mold) effected by this experience and I will 1,000% take this to court if I have to. They took advantage of the wrong women. I know if I were a man with this complaint, I would have a new floor by now.

Furnace was not working, so CSB sent out a technician, and he got us up and running. He clearly explained the issues and the problems, but after 20+ years, our furnace was at the end of it's life, and we needed to replace the system. Joe came out and clearly explained what system we should purchase, even talking me out of a more expensive unit because it wasn't the best choice for my house. Installers came out, and they were extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. We now have the peace of mind knowing our new, higher efficiency, appropriately-sized, quality system will provide years of comfort backed by CSB's stellar service reputation.

Have used Commercial Services three times now and their service, commination, and quality of work is unmatched. I have worked with dozens of other "professionals" and have not found another group to match the support provided my Commercial Services.
